The order for pickup was ready quickly, which was the primary redeeming quality of our experience. We had calamari, Caesar salad, fettucine alfredo, stromboli, chicken piccata, two slices of pizza, and chocolate cake. Regarding the service, the lady at the front with the false lashes spoke condescendingly, she didn't like that I asked for the marinara I ordered from the site, and when I had to go back in because the alfredo was missing, she was visibly annoyed. After waiting the ten minutes while they made it, the younger lady did apologize and it seemed sincere, which was appreciated. They also gave ranch dressing instead of Caesar, a pretty big disappointment for me personally haha. The food flavor overall was bland. The piccata lacked the bright citrus flavor and the chicken was flavorless. The alfredo was overwhelmingly butter flavored in a way that made it hard to eat. We threw these two dishes away after only eating about half. The calamari, stromboli, and pizza had pretty good flavor along with the garlic bread. The big picture - we live too far and the cost of each dish is too high considering the final product is underwhelming . That along with the bad attitude of the cashier makes me not want to come back and I would not recommend unless you live close and get something...

We have always loved this place and we have always invited other people to try their food. However we had a very bad experience due to we all got sick. Stomach issues and throwing up. it was bad.
I ordered 1 Chicken Carciofi W/ Shrimp and my family all ordered 4 Chicken Sorrentinos. For appetizers we had stuffed mushrooms. my son got a slice of pepperoni pizza. we all agreed the chicken tasted funny after we left the restaurant.. however no one said anything as we first ate because we didn't want to ruin anyone's experience thinking it was just an isolated dish issue.
due to this incident and i believe it was unsafe handling of food, i can no longer visit this restaurant or advise anyone else to check it out.
used to love this place, we went their very often.
Original Review -------------------------------------------------------- one of my favorite places to eat at. the garlic bread and marinara, heaven! Stuffed mushrooms are amazing! Keep up the great work...
Read moreUsed to love this place. They recently sold out to different ownership. Chicken Alfredo was like canned chicken. Not even strips but like fake processes little chunks. Sauce was runny and bland. The rolls aka what used to be garlic knots are bland and not even garlic butter but a garlic sprinkle like the sprinkle kind added to popcorn. When I asked the waitress what they changed the chicken to she said she didn't know but it was under different ownership. She asked if everything was ok but when I told her it was really mediocre for the price point and what we were used to per our previous visits, she said sorry its not her fault she didn't make it or the changes. I don't mind paying for good food but this was not good. 711 has better chicken alfredo honestly. She offered to do nothing, didn't get a manager, didn't offer any resolution to my dissatisfaction. Just asked if we wanted dessert 😲. Will never go again. Lost my business. I deserve a refund. My hubby and I both had the runs within a few minutes after...
