Decided to dine in here after shopping at Firewheel Mall. The complementary bread and marinara sauce was good. I'm used to most places serving rock hard bread, but the bread here was softer and fluffier. I ordered the Eddie's Seafood Especiale since it boasted a wide variety of seafood (mussels, shrimp, lobster meat, baby clams, and brandy wine cream sauce) for only $20.99. The plate size is large and the portion is just as generous. The sauce was creamy and flavorful, and the pasta was just the right texture. The seafood was cooked well, although the lobster meat isn't real lobster meat, it's imitation. The price seemed too good to be true after all. Service was good and food came out timely.

Me and my girls were really hungry and didn’t know where to go and saw this restaurant at Firewheel and decided to stop and try it out. I’m so glad we stopped there. It was our first time here and let me just share how wonderful the place looks inside, great atmosphere, Ginger’s hospitality and so far she’s the greatest waitress ever, her name was Ginger! Food was great and Ginger was very sweet, professional, and friendly! She’s definitely a true warrior (not all heroes wear capes) running the place all by herself!! We will definitely be coming back to see Ginger and enjoy some delicious Italian food… Oh I forgot to mention that their dessert (cheesecake) is honestly the BEST, sooo delicious ;)

Went back and still not disappointed! I had their eggplant Parmesan and it was fantastic. The restaurant was full but not overwhelmingly packed. I like the fact that our waitress checked on us but didn’t “over check on us“. Sometimes it is annoying when they come to your table to many times. I don’t know what it is about there eggplant Parmesan and those biscuits but the combination of the biscuits with the sauce from the Parmesan is amazing. Their biscuits are mouthwatering. When you get there you sit down and they bring this basket of biscuits out to you and you can snack on those with the sauce while you are waiting for your food. It is definitely worth it!

We have been a customer of Eddie's other location on Centerville for almost 20 years now.. It has always been one of our favorite places to go. food is always great and any problems are addressed quickly and to your satisfaction. Its always been great to walk in and be recognized by the staff and a treat when the man (Eddie) himself shows up and comes over to our table to check on us and say hello. You always feel like a valued customer, so when we found another location was opening up some years ago close to our house we were excited. We were noticeably less excited once we actually went there. The place is nice and clean and the wait staff seem friendly enough most times, but the food wasn't comparable to the original location. We figured a new place would have some growing pains and it would get better so we would try it again after a while and in the meantime just stick to going to the original location. Here is where the 1 star rating comes in. We have tried this place over the last couple years here and there in hopes it would get better but it really hasn't and when you bring the subpar food to the attention of the manager on duty she disagrees and argues with the customer. I got a seafood special this past Sunday and the sauce was like water and the dish overall was barely warm. Not cold like it sat and got cold but like it was never cooked well enough and the bread that comes with the meal was actually black on top. Not dark brown but black!! When I reported it to the manager she again wanted to argue that I was wrong. We are at this point finished with this place. This person should not be in management anywhere. A real manager takes customer concerns as opportunities to improve the business and this one doesn't understand that. I truly believe that Eddie would be disgusted at the quality of food being served here at times and that this manager is holding this location back from being really great. I honestly believe all the good reviews on here are from folks that have never been to the other location or there would be many more low ratings here for the...

Wow! Gone way down hill....USED to be our go-to place for reasonable Italian.

No-more after last night.

Went for Half Price Wine Wednesday....ordered a bottle of wine off their wine list. They didn't have it. Ordered a different one...waitress brought it but said it was 2X the price on the menu. We ordered a 3rd....she brought out 2 different bottles and said "THIS IS what we have". She wanted me to pay $12.00 ( that would be normal $24) for Trader Joe's "2 Buck Chuck"....Charles Shaw wine from Trader Joe's that sells for $1.99.

Turned down the wine.

During the wine fiasco....she brought bread...cold and stale. They were NOT BUSY. At 7:30 PM one other couple in the place....and the bread was not cool, not room temperature....COLD.

Wanted to just leave, but my wife thought that would be rude.

I ordered a salad, she had a chicken dinner. She said her food was Ok, my salad was Ok.....not sure you can screw up a salad.

Another table of people showed up...so it took waitress quite awhile to get us checked out.

Won't ever get another $$$ of mine...

Cannot believe a restaurant would actually offer you a bottle of Trader Joe's Charles Shaw wine...that can be bought everyday for $2.99.... I should have taken a picture.

So disappointed that this place is no longer worth the trouble....

The wine fiasco was not a communication issue. I went thru 4 red wines on your menu and each time she went and looked and came back empty handed....then she went away and cane back the the 2 Buck Chuck and another that was ON the menu....and she said was 2X the price on the menu.

What you also seemed to overlook is we got COLD...cold not cool....COLD BREAD.

With 2 other tables in the place we waited forever to get a check...IF the waitress was overwhelmed, YOU shouldn't leave her by herself....or MAYBE you should direct the host guy to help her out.

No need to apologize, you overlooked 2/3s of your...

This is mostly directed to Heather Davis.... First of all I was having dinner with my family and we were having a good time until your party came in. I don't know if you were just having a bad day and wanted to ruin it for everyone else but you surely got what you wanted. As soon as you got sat started demanding bread and I must ad you were very rude since the beginning. The restaurant was almost full and you were acting like the only person there. Then you got up and asked for a manager and started complaining about your server. You didn't do this one time but the entire time you were there. You were doing this so loudly that everyone around was uncomfortable. I saw your server being polite and trying to make everyone happy at your table except for you of course because even with your attitude towards him he was still trying to give you good service but you kept replying with "I don't want anything from you". I saw the manager approach the table and apologize (even though there was nothing to apologize for) and you kept saying she wasn't sorry. So better luck trying to lie about good hardworking people. I saw your review and couldn't stay quiet when I was there and saw the whole thing. I've been coming to this restaurant for years and the service and food are always amazing. Everyone will make your time here be wonderful. I applaud the server, manager and everyone who has to deal with such nasty, rude people every day and still do it with a smile on...
