It's Just Wings — Restaurant in Garland

I ordered off GrubHub and seen this placed called "it's just wings" I didn't know it was just a chilli's before I ordered or I would of never chose them. Got home the fries was good I give them that but the chicken wings are very large so of course require longer cooking time. I got the smoked wings but nothing was smoked about them and they were raw raw raw!! I keep finding slimy gooey pieces and the inside of one was still dripping pink. I issued my complaint with GrubHub who issued a full refund but I wish I would of did my homework before trying a "new place" cuz it...
