Best customer service i’ve had in all my 3 years of being in dallas and even tho i showed up after their kitchen had closed for the night i sat down for a beer to get a feel for the place an i was not disappointed. the employees were nothing but smiles and the manager was very polite and induced himself with every bit of genuine kindness. half way through my beer i was approached by a staff member with a tray of what looked like spanakopita to me and was very impressed with the unique flavors and contents of the filling! not only did i enjoy every bite but that sort of hospitality spoke volumes. 100% worth the try. most definitely will be back to really sample and discover the flavors of authentic African culture. This place is HORRIBLE and FRAUDULENT - definitely CHECK YOUR RECEIPT. I went here for the first time to try something new and was met at the door by the "new owner". He gave me the menu (see picture) with given pricing, and I point to the Lamb/Goat tips that are $15. I give my credit card instinctively at check out to pay but when I get the receipt to sign I see that I'm being charged $21. Despite showing him the actual item on the menu, this guy claims that he is the new owner and forgot to mention about the price change and that his menus have not been updated yet. I don't believe any of this because he was hesitant to even give me the receipt for the refund. Well here's the proof now. Hopefully some governing entity does...

We ordered our dinner before we got there. It took them 1 hour to bring our food. I asked why on the other day. The lady who picked up told me that some people order and they don’t show up. I hope they have another option for the loyal customers. For the third time I called to order to go. The lady who picked up was so rude and the way she talked to me is unheard of. The food was spoiled. I will never go there. I never reviewed before but the lady left me no choice. I don’t wish anyone to be treated the way I did. I am Ethiopian and miss Ethiopian food. This is not how we show respect to our guests. Smh I can’t lie and give them good review because we are from the same country....
