UPDATE 10/23/24ā¦So I went to Regio tonight and it was much better than last time. A total 180. I ordered quesadillas and they were pretty good. The cut couldāve been better but overall the taste was delicious and not skimpy at all. Customer service was nice and swift and the meal was fulfilling. Would recommend
Now I donāt know who these ppl paying to lie for them butā¦if you want your food made like they give a damn about what theyāre feeding you go to the MESQUITE or PRESTON RD. Location theyāre not too far away from this 1. Iāve come her several time but over the past year it has been TRASH. I wish I had taken a pic of the greasy, sloppy quesadillas they gave me that cost over $14 before I sent it back and got a refund. This isnāt the first time theyāve given me food that looked like it was picked up off the floor and given to me. The customer service is really good but the food is awful! I didnāt say anything the first couple times Ive come get and had to return food just to have to drive all the way to Mesquite for the same order but this time was horrific. Imminently you it took 10 to 15 minutes to get my sloppy plate!š¤ Ther must be amateurs in the kitchen or maybe the manager doesnāt give a damn but if you want QUALITY food you should go to the Preston location or even the Mesquite location. They will give you your $ worth. I may go back just to get a photo to show you all how sloppy and greasy their plates look but im 100% sure Iāll end up taking it...

I managed to get ahold of a manager, Rosie, when they were down for remodeling. I received a notification from the 3rd party that my food had been delivered. Nothing and I waited an additional 30 minutes before I called. Rosie acknowledged that they received my ticket and no one called about the mistake. Rosie gave a number that was to direct me of receiving a refund for ny $82+ order through the 3rd party. No one answered and now I'm blocked from that number. I have called the location to more times to speak with Rosie about a refund. I was told both times she would give a call back, nothing. I have gone through my bank and filed a dispute. I would expect a manager to be more prompt about this kind of mistake. Come to find out, I'm the 3rd person to complain about this problem from another location. Under the impression that all locations are connected. Now I have to wait 90 days to know whether I can eveb get my money back for food I...

She says yes so I say ācool, sub with fries and all the regular toppings. Then the mgr comes and I reiterate I am FINE WITH fries as a sub. So what happens?
