McDonald's — Restaurant in Garland

it was 11/01/15 i came to the drive thru i placed an order for two number 15 combos both with orange juice and a large coffee, the female attendant asked me 3 times i repeated it to her and once it was correct or so i thought. you could see she was fairly new as ive only seen her once or twice inside but never on the drive thru i paid for the order went to the next window the other employee handed me one juice and large coffee. i mentioned to her i paid for two combos with juice for them an additional large coffee she just looked at me and mentioned to which i assumed was the morning manager and said it will be 2.15 i was for what she said the juice i said its paid for she looked at it and again said something to the manager i showed her my receipt which she took and showed the other female manager and she said ok its only 1.50 i said what for if its paid for with the combo and i explained to her on the receipt it shows this she just said youll need to pay for it was early didn't feel like arguing and i could see that a line was building so i said you know what never mind the manager seemed not to care or want to intervene or take charge and get this taken care of she just kept her distance i said just refund my money which was refunded back to my card but i must say since this is nearby were my wife works literally walking distance i love the environment inside but since they brought these new people in now that are hispanic not all of them nor that i have anything against them working as im hispanic myself but at least care for the job you do and remember what customer service is i hate to write the this bad of a review but i feel it...

My visit to this store was very unpleasant. I ordered a #4 large combo and use the Mcdonalds app to get the buy one large sandwich, get one free. I have used this coupon 30x's at least already at many locations with no problem until today. The manager, JC, told me they wouldn't take it. I asked why and she said it doesn't work like that. I told her I've used this exact deal many times over at many Mcdonalds including this one with no trouble. She still told me that I could not use that deal that way and she wouldn't honor it for that. She was rude and redundant. She should realize that these apps are so that we spend money at the store. I actually was spending more than I planned with buying a large combo deal as well. The entire purpose of these coupons is for people to spend money at the location and she chose to ignore that fact and tell me no no no. Would Mcdonalds rather have me only buy a single burger and get one free OR spend almost twice as much and get a LARGE COMBO and just one burger free?! I'm pretty sure Mcdonald's wants me to spend more money. This lady JC is very rude, not helpful at all, and does NOT understand restaurant management. I spent...

I was the only customer in the store and I waited over 20 minutes for my order. The manager was in the back and didn't care. I literally stood there patiently wondering what was going on and why no one was making my order. The guy who placed my order dissappeared, the manager dissapeared and the only person left was the poor girl working the drive thru. She didn't know where anyone went, nor why my order wasn't being made. The manager finally came from the back and made my order 20 minutes later. I asked for a refund. She called her store manager to ask about a refund and had me waiting another 10 minutes just to tell me they can give me some free ice cream. In the meantime my kids were hungry and uncooperative with the wait. No one ever apologized for the inconvenience nor the wait, not even the manager or her so called store manager on the phone. This place has the most horrible service ever! I will never go back there again. I will also, definitely deter anyone I know from ever visiting...
