Read moreToday was my first time visiting the blooms cafe and I left very happy. This was the BEST coffee shop experience I’ve ever had. When I walked in I was kindly greeted and was not rushed by the lady at register at all. She was very patient and helpful with all my questions. I ordered the “blooms latte” and it was truly so delicious. I could taste all the flavors but also the coffee as well. The worker took the time to give us all heart shaped straws and when she noticed my sister didn’t have one due to drinking a kids milk she quickly got her one. I truly appreciated this act of kindness. Not only did they have many traditional coffee options but they also had a wonderful seasonal menu. They had various of non/caffeinated drinks and lots of kid friendly beverages. We also ordered macaroons that were delicious. One of the other workers even brought us another one for free. As we were about to sit down the worker noticed my mom didn’t have a chair and quickly got her one. This shop was truly so attentive to every need even without asking. The costumer service was fantastic. The worker came back and gave my little sister a free shirt and took the time to talk to us as well. The atmosphere was wonderful. Very vibrant and roomy. I wish I lived here because I’d go back all the time. If you are reading this I 100% recommend this shop because it was truly such a...
Read moreBloom Café is owned by a well-known DFW foodie Instagrammer (@Dallasfoodwanderer) and her family. I love supporting family and POC owned businesses, so I really wanted to visit this place! For coffee shops, I consider both the quality of the coffee and the atmosphere.
As expected, Bloom Café absolutely nailed down the aesthetics. There is plenty of seating from the marble tables, arm chairs, a velvet couch, and outdoor tables. There are several outlets around the shop too. The chairs are comfortable and the Wi-Fi is stable, making Bloom Café a great place to study/work as well.
As for the coffee, I ordered the Lotus Biscoff Latte. I havent seen a biscoff flavored drink before, so I was really intrigued to try it. It was a solid cup of coffee, and the prices were fair. I wish it was sweeter though, but that was on me for not requesting syrup in my order (65¢ extra).
I also tried the danish, which I wasn't a big fan of. I was expecting something more flaky, but it more dense and cake-like.
Overall, I still see myself coming here again. The interior is really beautiful, and I'm glad I found a nice coffee shop that doesn't require driving...
