I do not recommend this location. I love Pizza Hut and this one is close to my apartment, but I now drive 10 minutes further to avoid this one after the last few visits. The main problem is the staff. The last time I picked up my order, I walked in and the woman who helped me was sitting in the chairs at the front (which is fine, didn't upset me) but then proceeded to get up and lean her head back in agony like I was inconveniencing her having to get up to get my order. She then proceeded to roll her eyes and ask my name, I Gave it to her, she grabbed my pizza and tossed it on the counter carelessly and said "you can check it" (because I know the new policy is "if we don't show you, your pizza is free". "You can check it" is not showing me. But I proceeded to open it anyway seeing the stingy 8 pepperonis on my pizza. She told me my order total, and I get my card and say "I had wings too". She then rolls her eyes yet again and goes to check, grabs the container, and tosses it on the counter even more aggressively, then repeats the total. I put my card in and as it was processing, I reminded her of the parmesean shaker and she says "THATLL BE .99 CENTS" I said "I already added that in my online order. It's not additional" at this point I'm aggregated. She then looks at the receipt and sighs loudly and then grabs a box from under the counter and slams it down upset asking a male employee to come open it so she can get me one. And of course, tosses it on the counter as she had everything else. I explained my experience to my partner and he said he saw her there the previous time he picked up our order and she was visibly making out with her boyfriend who also works there for at least 3 minutes before she was willing to come help him. Firstly just to say, I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for over a decade. My brother has worked for papa John’s, Pizza Hut and domino’s for over a decade. I have an unbelievable amount of patience and understanding when it comes to workers in the restaurant industry. I do not believe in creating issues for staff when there are no real major issues.
That being said. On 3 separate occasions (I order frequently), I’ve had my food not arrive for hours and by the time they try to deliver hours later I have already gotten replacement food from a responsive company. (I’ve Learned to pay cash so Im not waiting on a charge back) On 3 occasions I’ve ordered through the app, be notified the food is being made or on the way. None of which ever come. Each time I have called and talked to staff, questioning the whereabouts. Them being confused of the order they say that it already went out or they lost the order. From there we have a short dialogue and they say it will be here shortly. Another hour or so later I’ve called to check and it’s still not being made. To clarify, the interaction with the staff was not bad. Everyone was polite. The issue is with lack of communication because there should be no reason that this situation plays out 3 different times. I tip 25-30%, even with bad service or situations because I understand that they depend on their tips and a good tip can make someone’s day better. But I will not continue to order, tip well and accept issue orders, especially that severally issued.

Read moreIf I could put zero stars I would. This was by far the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered 50 wings and 2 Large pizzas for carry out. When I went to pick up I saw a smaller container of wings and asked the staff if they were sure this was the whole 50 wings 2 crew members reassured me that it was. I came home only to find out I’m missing half of my wings and my pizzas are wrong. When I called back to see what the options were about fixing the problem they left me on hold for 10 minutes and finally came back and said they will make the wings but they won’t be ready for another 20 minutes. By this time my pizza is already cold and I still have to drive back up to the location and get the wings that should of been with my order in the first place and come back home to my cold pizzas. My father in law went to go pick up the wings and they go and hand us a pizza. Really?? How many times did I mention on the phone that my wings were what was missing. When asked for the manger and requesting a refund he said he would only give us a refund for the wings and if we wanted a full refund we would need to bring back the pizzas. How ridiculous is that?? I need to drive home for a 3rd time to bring back my cold pizzas that were wrong in the first place to get my refund?
