Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Garland

I would also like for the General Manager from the store to contact me!! 😡 I placed an online order for my sister at her local Pizza Hut around 9:30 pm. Per the confirmation email, I should receive my order by 10:10pm. After about 10:15pm, I began to call my local store and no one is answering..so about 15 mins later I get a message from a door dasher advising me that my order was given to them which delayed the delivery so I didn’t get my order until 10:45 pm, over an hr later! As I approached the driver, she was very unprofessionally dressed and had children in the car who were playing with my pizza and the kids even handed me my order out of the window! I immediately took the order and drove back to Pizza Hut b/c my food was cold and not sealed for a 3rd party delivery and I was also afraid to eat it since it wasn’t secured! As I approached the Pizza Hut, I asked for a mgr, the associate “mgr Sarah” gave me a very bad attitude, refused to allow me to speak w/a mgr, started cursing at me and even refused me a refund. Sarah then called her mgr “Gerason” and according to her, told her to take these actions towards me, even refusing my service. After things escalated, police were called as a result of a lie being told by said manager “Sarah” because she told the police that I refused to leave the premises only because I asked for a refund AND my order to be remade. Police arrived and wrote me a citation because of falsified information and stated that I had to handle the matter civilly because this is now civil matter. This by far is the worst experience that I’ve ever had to deal with and I order Pizza Hut ALL THE TIME but going forward,...

I called to place an order and to see if this Pizza Hut was located in our area. I spoke with a lady named Tamara and gave her my address she very quickly snapped at me and told me that they did not deliver to our area. I asked her which one does because I have seen Pizza Hut in our area (next door), she got all defensive and said that they're Pizza Hut does not come to our area. That's not even what I was saying. I was simply trying to figure out which Pizza Hut I needed to call. I asked for the location or number because it was not popping up on Google. (Its still not popping up on my Google app). Very rudely and very snide she replied ( in a huffing bothered voice) ' I don't know what to tell you you're going to have to get on Google and find it yourself, we don't have numbers here'. I asked to speak to a manager hoping that she or he would know the number like I said it's not popping up on my phone. She was very frustrated and then hung up on me. I called the store back and spoke with another lady who was very kind and helpful she actually gave me the 1877 Pizza Hut number that I didn't even know existed. I also asked her who I had spoke with today just a few minutes ago who was very rude to me and she provided me with her name. If a manager is reading this I really hope that you deal with your rude employee. We order pizza from Domino's and never have to deal with rude employees. If we have questions about who delivers in our area they are more than happy to help us. Someone needs an attitude...

I ordered from this location . Not to mention this is 2 Miles from my house . A 7 minute drive . because I typed in my address and online it said that was the one that was taking orders for my area .a staff member proceeded to tell me I was retarded and that I should open my google maps to see that they did not deliver to my area . I ordered my pizza at 2:57 and the app said I’d recive it at 4:06 .cool I waited and I get a call at 3:50 saying if it was a building or an apartment complex and she discribes what she was around so I gave her directions my way . She was a 5 minute walk from where I asked the pizza to be delivered . 30 minutes go by . We sat at the table waiting any second so I call the Pizza Hut & ask what’s going on “where’s Rebecca” (she was the person delivering) . And they said what I mentioned in the beginning so this order was already paid for & he says he can’t do nothing about it until 5 minutes into the call he says okay I can refund it . this was Tuesday June 12 & he said I’d have my money back in 24 hours . Still don’t have my money . I then made the same exact order to Domino’s at 5:14 and got my order...
