5-Star Wendy's Review This Wendy's location truly sets the bar high for fast-food experiences! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the cleanliness – the dining area was spotless, tables wiped down, and even the self-serve drink station was pristine. It's clear that the staff takes pride in maintaining a welcoming and hygienic environment.

My order was taken promptly and accurately, with the cashier being incredibly friendly and efficient. Despite a few customizations, everything was exactly as requested, which isn't always a given at fast-food establishments. The digital menu board also made it easy to see my order as it was being placed, adding an extra layer of accuracy.

And the food quality? Absolutely fantastic! My burger was hot, juicy, and cooked to perfection, with fresh toppings that tasted like they'd just been prepared. The fries were crispy and perfectly seasoned, exactly what you hope for from Wendy's. Even the Frosty was thick and creamy, a perfect end to the meal.

Beyond the core aspects, the overall atmosphere was pleasant. The music wasn't too loud, and there was a steady, but not overwhelming, flow of customers, indicating consistent popularity. The service was quick, yet I never felt rushed. This Wendy's truly delivers on its promise of fresh, quality food and a great customer experience. I'll definitely be back!

Ordered my food took about 10 min they were busy. Drive thu only open. Got it pulled over to check missing baked potatoes. Went back through the drive thu told the guy he said pull to send window. There was 6 cars already in front if needed so I asked if he can bring it out he said sure pull in front of second window. I did sat there for 15 min. I didn't want to approach the window thinking they would think I'm going to robb then so I yelled out. Where's my patatoe she said I'll bring it right out to you mam. I got back in the truck waited another 10 min finally she came out told me she put it in there. I handed her both bags and said no look. This location off of Centerville near 635 in Garland has my lowest rate & will NEVER go again. This location has VERY IMPATIENT EMPLOYEES. I have a special needs child & we just pulled up to try to decide what we wanted. The girl DIDN'T say welcome to Wendy's, May I take your order. She told us order when you're ready 8 times in justvthe 1ST MINUTE. Like seriously?? Why are you rushing so fast when we seriously just got there? Then when we were ready to pick up our food. . . Still no friendly smile nor greeting from the other 2 girls. One even looked like a manager & looked like she was having an annoying bad day. That's not my fault. Why take it out on us? VERY RUDE.
