Wendy's — Restaurant in Garwood

This was a while back.

l meant to post on this Wendy's in Garwood. I ordered, a chicken sandwich, found a fly, and the frostie had chop up fries.

When I received my order at the drive up, the person that prepared the sandwich came and looked at me. I was not rude in any manner to the staff. I said to myself that's weirded, let me check. That's when I found it tucked away neatly, in the fold of the lettuce.

Eventhough, I always check my order day or night with my flash light.

I immediately returned my order for a refund.

Wendy's should not serve Romaine lettuce, since they cannot properly wash it. Iceberg would be a better option. I called 800 #, and manager. The regional manager called me back. They both apologized.

Then the manager, he wanted to know what type of fly it was. I was like wash the lettuce very well or use iceberg.

Always come here but today that ended just based off the customer service. Someone at the window attitude was just nasty!!! For no reason, just because I wanted to do a split payment. She was at the window on 10/14 and probably Spanish I have no idea. She needs to go back to training or should just be fired over all! A gentleman came over and offered to do it, I feel he can tell the energy just wasn’t needed and I do appreciate him. Another lady ended up doing it. Do BETTER! Food was also cold I spent $33.15 to be exact. Her name is actually probably Farad!!! If this fits the description. Fire that girl she literally didn’t ring me up just because I changed my mind and wanted to do a split payment. She told someone else to do it with an attitude. Every industry requires good customer service! Please teach...

Absolutely horrible service. The general manager works during the day and is awesome but the night shift staff of toddlers has got to go. Night staff is laughing and joking around constantly. Constantly have nasty attitudes as well, like you’re bothering them because they would rather be socializing with each other. Ordered at drive through and they stopped communicating with me halfway through. Girl came back and tried telling me I ordered already with a nasty attitude. Pulled up to the window just for her to tell me that the salad I ordered was out of stock and before I could ask what other salads there were, she walked away and took another order. Constantly forgetting items and asking people what they ordered while handing their food to them. Did I mention the nasty attitudes? Horrible and will...
