Hardee’s — Restaurant in Gas City

I will never visit this place again. I am just tired of there always being something wrong. If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. This place is a JOKE. When I first moved here, they had a huge pothole that couldn't be avoided right at the entrance. Every time I visited, I thought "this is the time my rim is going to crack I should stop coming here". Before the recent update to the app, you had to click on something for them to start on your food immediately (which they never did I always had to wait between 10-15 minutes even though I would wait at least that long after ordering before going to pick up my food). The only reason I didn't stop buying from this place until now is because I'm always close by and it was convenient. They are always out of something and always short staffed. Yesterday when I made my most recent and very last order they were out of chicken, large cups, and apparently money (not very surprising with how this place is run), They had a sign on the cash register stating that they would only take exact payments or card. If you didn't see the sign the manager happily yelled to inform you from the back of house when she's not busy berating her employees which I've witnessed on multiple occasions. They also only had one person working. If none of that was enough to keep you from making the mistake of visiting this sad excuse for a business and giving them your hard-earned money, they also got my order wrong. I added extra tomato and cheese paid extra for both, but I didn't get either. I added more special sauce, but the burger came so dry that I was done with the medium (I ordered a large) drink before I finished the burger. The owner of this place needs to wake up because they are obviously sleeping since it has gotten this bad. Hardee's you need to rip up your franchise contract with this owner they are making your company look horrible which I know isn't true from visiting many of your other locations. In my many many travels all over the state of indiana, quite often I have felt the Pains of hunger that have made me have to pull over and eat any establishment of which I have never before journeyed. Thus, on this dark and dreary day, I found myself at this location to purchase an excellent bacon hamburger and my girlfriend to purchase a hot ham and cheese sandwich. Upon entering the establishment, we were greeted with the warmest of Welcome from the friendly manager who proclaimed how happy she was to take our order and slay the Beast of which had made us so hungry. In two shakes of a lamb's tail, she had taken our order as her coworker feverishly began to prepare our food as we sat and waited, drawing the liquid pouring forth from the machine into our cup so that we could adjust it and quinch our thirst from our Mighty Journey. As she brought our food out to us, our food was not the only thing warm as the glow from her smile filled our hearts with pride as we devoured the substance of which she had brought us. Many days and nights hints forth I will lay in bed and think about the excellent meal of which was presented to us on this dark and gloomy day. Our hearts will cry out for the future, a future in which someday we may return and once again enjoy the great meal of which today we feasted. I think (hope) they were having an off day. We stopped in for breakfast while traveling. There was an odor in the dining room like rotting cabbage that was worse in the restroom. Restroom was clean though. We had to repeat our order more than once because the lady taking our order was also attending to the drive through and talking to them, even though there were three other workers who didn't appear busy. Consider letting the dining room person take care of those guests only unless you have a help shortage crisis, which was not the case today. I think a manager man blew by the counter while we were ordering but didn't acknowledge us. Too busy tracing down the odor problem to be concerned about the order problem, I guess. The biscuit on my sandwich was underbaked and doughy, though my husband's Frisco was good. The dining room was clean.
