Nothing Bundt Cakes — Restaurant in Gastonia

First experience there I ask for a cake that had a flower on the top, they took it, putt it in the box, took to were I need to and it was no flower, so disappointed, second experience ok, 3rd time order two big bound cake different flavors, I ask if they please cut them in half and replace one Whit the Otther so my friends taste both, but I was told that they couldn't do it. Even thought I make my self responsible for the after look. Also I specially ask for decorations or thanks notes and a card on each one, surprise I got home and ready to deliver just to found out no cads were place on them, unfortunately I live in another city. 4th time I buy a big one and a small to be mounted on the top I got there to pick up an wasn't mounted, I ask why the answer was...we can't do that🤔 but I have seen pictures of their products online mounted?. So they can or can't. The cake it's good. But I'll guess for the price and the disappointment...

Update as of 9/19/2025: So...the unthinkable happened. We had a strand of hair in one of our cakes. I called the store, they said bring a receipt and get another cake. They cant take the cake back because its food. Understandable, but I wanted to show them the hair. Went right back to get another cake, Jill said here you go and I left. From the phone conversation to the in person communication, no one apologized for this mishap or inconvenience. I feel as if there should be at least an acknowledgement of the inconvenience and disappointment to get home and find hair in your favorite cake.

I would highly advise employees to wear hair nets to avoid this happening again.

Old review: This location is amazing. The employees are always warm and welcoming! I love receiving special perks for being on the email list as well.

Update: I am still enjoying the cakes and service at...
