Poke Bros. — Restaurant in Gastonia

Can you go wrong with a poke bowl??!! Nope, I dont think so! Edit on above review! Today, I went in for a bowl, & when I walked in, the lady walked from the back, rubbed her nose, retrieved her tablet to look up an online order, and the proceeded to prepare a bowl, without washing her hands. The customer waited patiently for her bowl, apparently unbothered, took her order & exited. Once her attention returned to me the 1st thing I did was ask her to wash her hands.. She complied and began fixing my bowl. Unfortunately, I had to take a call, & was somewhat distracted & didn't pay attention to how much, I mean how little she was putting in my bowl! I paid $17.61! Definitely not worth it! But moving forward, you only have 1 time to get me, & to not have a...

I ordered via DoorDash for the first time yesterday. The food was great, but I wasn’t super hungry so I ate some and saved 2/3 of it for later. Went to heat it up in its original container today for less than 2 minutes (I do this with most takeout orders I get from any restaurant), and the plastic started melting. I tried to pick up the container it was in to remove it from the microwave and it was flimsy and collapsing on itself, you could smell the burning plastic. So just beware if you go to reheat in its original container. I feel like I wasted money since I had so much of my food left. I’ll know better for next time!

*for clarification I got the chicken bowl so I didn’t want to eat it cold when I went to eat...

3/26/23 Today was good day. I got served by Cindy up in here. She explain the difference btw white rice n Sushi rice. She even let my twin taste the sauce cause she wasn't sure what she wanted. The food just makes you feel like yr eating right n it is BOOM. Cindy was friendly and nice. Repeat Performance fa sho when Cindy's there.

Last week first visit dude, whatever his name is. Didn't explain sht. I asked. He was stingy on the topping had to tell him to put back some of the dmn rice out of my bowl. He made me feel rushed like I was annoying him. Yeah, you don't know I do reviews. Got pixs 2
