HORRIBLE experience at this location and customer service. At 10 minutes past the time my order was supposed to arrive I contacted the store to see if there was an estimate of when they'd be arriving. The young lady was nice but all she could tell me is that they're on their way. About 30 minutes late my pizza arrives...this is now almost 40 minutes past the time they said I would have it. When addressed, nobody seemed to care. I contacted cs to make them aware of my concern And they assured me they would have someone be in touch. 2 1/2 weeks went by still no word. Contacted customer service back they then assured me that they moved my case to high priority and I should hear something within 24 to 48 hours. Another 2 1/2 weeks and still no word. I had also filled out the survey they send and at the end of the survey it specifically ask would you like to be contacted by someone. I clicked the yes button and that was over a month ago and guess what? Still no word. It amazes me how it seems like nobody at Papa John's really cares whether you're satisfied or not because the surveys are obviously not being taken serious we request that you want someone to contact you and nobody follows up. This is been probably the most frustrating experience I have ever had with any franchise. What makes me so mad is that if they were in my shoes they would be unhappy as well and not just sit back and take it and I can't imagine that they wouldn't feel the same frustration that I do but yet they will address it when it comes to...
Read moreAfter everything, the pizza took 1 hour and 45 minutes to arrive. But time it arrived, it was barely warm and it was dried out (like it had been sitting under a warming lamp for too long). Since I signed up to get alerts, I was tracking my pizza and it said it was arriving in a timely manner. However, it had been “arriving” for over 20 minutes so I called the store. The first lady I spoke with “checked on the status” and said the driver was 10 minutes out. 25 minutes pass and nothing. So I call again to just cancel the order and get refunded. This time I spoke with someone else. She informed me that according to her system, the pizza was delivered so it must’ve been delivered to the wrong address. She offered to remake the pizza. Which I went ahead and accepted. However, she called right back saying that there was a “malfunction” with the driver and that the pizza was actually on its way. So we eventually got the pizza, by this time, the quality was terrible. Very dried out and hardly warm. We ate it because we were hungry (after waiting almost 2 hours). But it was not good. Read moreFirst time in a while to order from Papa Johns. I ordered online through Papa John's website to be delivered. At 7:07pm I get text that door dash is on the way with my order. The Papa Johns tracker showed the driver go the opposite direction of my house and then stopped moving 25 minutes away. I waited as it sat there nearly an hour. The status changed to delivered and the vehicle still hadn't moved. I called the Papa Johns I ordered from to find out what was going on with my order and the manager said I would have to take it up with Door Dash because it was out of their hands. I asked for a refund because I didn't order through Door Dash and I shouldn't have to take it up with them. If they choose to use doordash as their delivery service then they should take it up with them, not me. They responded again with, take it up with Door Dash. I will never order from this store again. UPUDATE: About 30mins later the pizza was delivered which was 90minutes after it left the store and as you would expect, it was quite cold.
