I debated posting this but I tried to message them on Facebook and no response, tried calling and no answer so I resulted in this. I came here a couple days ago with my son after he got out of school and order 2 snocones. The lady at the window was very rude and short with me. They was busy but she did not need to be rude. Finally got our sno cones and ate them in the parking lot and the syrup didn't even cover half of the shaved ice. We never had a problem with this until this year. Usually they are really good and I don't mind the price. This past time however they accidentally put whipped cream on top. Instead of taking it off they just added more ice on top. They seemed to be okay with their remedy but I wasn't. Some people may like cream on their ice but not me and shouldn't try to make me take it. I refused it and the guy got agitated.
