So I’m really not to one to leave a review, this is my first time!! This will be kinda long so enjoy this story. First of all the customer service SUCKS! I came here quite often and only because i try to see the best in people, with me working in a restaurant myself I always say “well maybe they are having a bad day/night” UMMM I don’t think so, Every single time I pull out of this drive through I am missing either food or drinks and I mean every single time! I asked the girl at the mic for “extra ranch and I will pay for it” she gives me the receipt and I say hey can I pay for extra ranch and I pay her and she charges me for 4 ranch which is fine, she gives me my bag of food, Well there’s no ranch. (only because I checked the bag before I pulled off) I asked for it AGAIN and I received it finally! I also had a drink with my meal, did not receive that (and I paid for it) I also ordered a chilli with EXTRA CHEESE, there wasn’t a sprinkle of cheese in my chilli. This isn’t even the only story about this Wendy’s, there’s plenty more. But tonight did it for me!

Read moreA few days ago I was supposed to leave a review for Wendy's on Chester there's a gentleman named Xavier and another gentleman named Keith they were the only two people working and they had a line of maybe 12 to 15 people and there was at least four people on the inside they were happily working their fingers to the bone to get the customers orders out and they were keeping up and I was highly impressed and I told them that I would recommend that they both get a raise of a dollar or two per hour because they were really committed to doing the work with excellent service with smiles with all of the pressure and they were handling it very well and I just want to make sure that everyone knows that if Keith and Xavier are working you can guarantee that your order will be correct and you will get excellent customer service You guys ended my day very well and I really appreciate you and I really hope they can give you a dollar to raise per hour thank you for all your help also Wendy's people like them are hard to come by I would suggest that you pay them with their worth because they will keep people returning again and again and again for...
Read moreThis is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to period. The staff always has the impression that none of them want to be at work, and they’re not shy in regards to making you wait for at least 10 minutes before actually serving you the food (and yes, it happens every single time,) and there have been many times where I have not received all the food I ordered. I have been a few times to this location and have never had a good customer experience. Even when mobile ordering they still did not include TWO 4 piece nuggets that came with the 2 biggie deals we ordered (that automatically add to your combo when ordered). It’s baffling to see the overwhelmingly negative reviews for this location and their management has yet to take any action in regards to training their employees, or even discussing with them that there’s a certain expectation when it comes to food services (i.e serving your customers in a timely manner so your drive thru doesn’t wrap around the whole building.)
