I wish I didn't have to give a star to comment. We went to Zaxby's on Thursday December 9, 2021. It was around 8:00 pm. We planned on going in but the dining room was closed so we drove around the building to go thru the drive-thru. There was only 1 car at the window to pay & get food. The drive thru line was backed up all the way out to Franklin Blvd. We waited to get in line for drive-thru. We waited approximately 7 mins. The drive-thru was moving extremely slow. We waited 25 mins to get 1 car away from the menu & ordering speaker. Then after we waited 20 more mins We got a little aggravated so I got out of the vehicle & walked to see how many cars was in the line. Again, there was only 1 car at the window with the NEXT customer waiting to get their order taken at the speaker. We waited 15-20 more mins for the car in front of us to be acknowledged & get their order taken only to be ignored. So we finally got tired of waiting so long so we left. As we were leaving we noticed there was absolutely no other cars at the window or in line to pay. The drive-thru line was from the speaker lined up on Franklin. There was several employees just standing around leaning, talking and laughing. All they had to do was take care of customers while they were having fun. I talk & laugh constantly on my job but I do my work at the same time. While we were waiting behind the car at the speaker an employee came out of the back door and stood there a couplemins then went back in. I tried calling the restaurant several times while waiting but the line was busy each time. This was absolutely ridiculous. Very disappointed. We will...
Read moreThe store was filthy and unorganized. (as evidenced by attached) Food temp./quality is inconsistent. Clear opportunity for management overhaul. Members of current staff were allowed to bully my daughter and then the mgr. had the audacity to so called terminate her ( I forbid her to go back to Zaxby's 2 weeks before she was so called terminated?! Makes no sense. Can't terminate an employee who has voluntarily resigned ) Gonah lied and said he had my daughter on video on her cell phone. He failed to produce the video because he's a liar and it doesn't exist. The lie came from his little girlfriend. You shouldn't fire 16 year olds due to conflicts between her and your 19/20 y/o paramour Gonah😒 After repeated conflict with customers and fellow employees, all complaints against her are NOT actioned. He allows customer complaints as well as complaints by former employees against this young lady go unaddressed. A manager should not schedule mandatory attendance meetings early Sat. morning then exempt his underage paramour!! Manager too engaged in fratenizing. Gonah is slow to respond to complaints against the young female staff there. Inappropriate dynamic... highly likely. Maybe Gonah needs to focus more on effective management and less on the younger...
Read moreFood was standard. No complaints there. However, the service and the organization were an utter catastrophe. I ordered online and was quoted an ETA (in the app) of 9:02 PM. I arrived at 9:04 PM, and checked in at the counter. At 9:26 PM, I asked the counter help to check on my order. At that point, I was told that they didn’t have my order and asked if I had checked the order pickup area, which I had done twice already. She went to the back, talked with the manager, and then had them remake my order. I received my order at 9:46 PM, after about ten different people who came inside and ordered in person received their food and left. I understand when things get lost electronically, but the excuses they gave me were the same excuses I’d heard them give about three other people, who were inquiring about their missing food. They blamed it on a “Door Dash driver who stole my order.” Call me skeptical, but I don’t think a Door Dash driver walked in straight to the counter, lifted about four different orders, and walked out.
I will not be visiting this location again, as it was an extremely unsatisfactory experience. If you want Zaxby’s food, I’d drive to a...
