Always a test of patience here but today took the cake AND the icing. Drive thru was unreal so I went inside. ONE person in front of me, okay... For the 3rd time {over 2 months} there was ZERO Dr Pepper, only root beer & regular mello yello, which is bad enough, to pay for pop & the only kind you drink is always out & usually the back up as well. 24 minutes later the 4 large fries, 2 chicken fingers, 2 whoppers, 2 whopper jr & 2 spicy chicken sandwiches were done. I'd said "honey mustard" when asked what kind of sauce & realized during my wait I'd failed to ask for bbq {we eat sauces with fries also} SO I figured mayyybe since I'd watched six people & two couples arrive after me & leave before me {not counting drive thru} I could ask for the bbq addition to the TWO honey mustards in the bag... Wait for it... This lady literally said "I can take back one of those & give you some" & proceeded to dig out one honey mustard & drop in a bbq that had been placed in a plastic container.. Maybe enough for 3 fries. Horrid.. Combine that with the actual fifty cent size lettuce & you're forced to realize this place isn't worth it. Hate to say it but I 110% believe it's because they're racist. Ohh & the lady was the manager so there was no one to report to & ask for sauce. I could buy a franchise & know celebrity people that mean something to this world. Be careful how you treat folks. Stay away from here unless you want to gamble that both the service & food will...
Read moreKyessa is thee best worker they have & i don't know her personally outside of the restaurant but i can tell u I've chose burger king 3 nights out of the week and ill only go when she's there bc my foods always what i order when she's not there i always get a whopper w/out cheese w/out pickles or tomatoes and i get extra lettuce bc when u minus stuff they tend to add more ketchup and mayo and u 99% of the time gotta wipe it off & who wants to stick a paper towel on there food seriously so watch and check ur bag always & open all ur stuff up especially if u live further away like crowders mtn i always always always check my food from the day i first started watching gordon Ramseys nightmare kitchen where u see mold on the food there preparing chicken on top of pork that's a no no in itself , in Arizona u have a food handlers test and u gotta know what temps food has to b prepared at and for how long what meats u can & cant put on top of or in the same freezer even maybe in a walk in and 1 meats on 1 side and another on the other side anyways ik what im talking about and I've gotten raw i mean literally still frozen nuggets here so please ur putting this stuff in ur body think about it there slogan is burger king have it done your way well my food never ever looks like what they advertise on tv and it aggravates me to spend $37-50 dollars and it goes in the trash can just be so irritating and makes me angry . Read moreTERRIBLE customer service NOTE I came at 1:07 am on a Saturday night (Sunday morning whatever) it’s like they throw everything on the sandwiches and leave them on the warmers to make drive thru time faster , literally waited 4 minutes for my food and it was cold only thing warm was the buns , onion rings had salt on them and seemed to be sitting for over 20 minutes. I called and complained Sunday and the GM argued me up and down that it was fresh , I proceeded to tell her my time of order and she says “how’d they serve you if we close at 1:00” however on there online site here it says Saturday 6:am - 2am ...she said she could only replace one meal so I asked for corporates number ONCE AGAIN.
