Long John Silver's — Restaurant in Gate City

If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. Ordered through the app the fish sea share(6pieces) and 2 fish tacos(plain, only baha sauce). Got to the window and the lady said “we thought we had enough fish but we had a family meal before you. If you don’t care just pull over there and I’ll bring it out.” Fine, no big deal👌🏼. The lady brought it out and I went home. Got home and opened the fish tacos and on both were two pieces of fish literally the size of my index finger. Didn’t look at the other fish. Went back to the store and was told that long John changed it a couple of months ago to these fish sticks(that’s the size of them). Couldn’t give me a refund due to me using the app so I gave them my name and number and she said they would issue me one in a few days. No biggie. Got back home and opened the fish and when I tell you that half of the 6 had to have been sitting in the window all day. It’s sad that as expensive as long John’s is that you would think the quality should be good. Long John’s in gate city, get your shit...

Went here 10 minutes before closing without realizing the time. Proceeded to order 70.00 in food and these people went above and beyond. They told me politely there would be a wait. I informed them I didn't mind. Still not realizing the time. They the turned off the lobby lights and I looked at the cashier and only then did she tell they were closing then offered to let me wait inside while they finished my to go order. I thought that was kind of them. They could have easily turned me away. This was our only chance to have our sons birthday dinner so I was very grateful And over the moon that they did not. They were kind, patient, and professional. They displayed a level of customer service that beyond their duty. Everyone that was working at closing on 8/21 thank you. I do tend to eat at this location quite often due to working in the area Monday through Friday and I've never had an issue, but I did order a two piece chicken and it was brought to me before I even had finished my drink and when I bit into it, it was barely even warm. I tried to say bite same thing I tried the second piece, same thing barely warm. I went to the front and asked them to make me two fresh pieces of chicken please the manager came out to my table and said I attempted at 170. It's fine and I said it's barely warm and she said I tempted at 170.
