Just ordered 2 burgers at 9:15 am, and understandably they pulled me around to wait on the meat to cook. When I got back around to the window I got the food, but it is completely cold. The fries are stale and the burger patties are dried out like they've been sitting on the grill/warming tray for 30 minutes keeping warm.
Pals is the best fast food place around and I've been to every location. I have never received an order I have had a complaint about, but I wouldn't have eaten this burger if it was free.
In the future, if you're gonna make a burger fresh, (and tell the customer it's gonna come out fresh,) maybe try not to give one "fresh" burger patty and 3 cold, stale ones. I couldn't even tell which patty was supposed to be the "fresh" one. Neither burger even had the cheese melted they were so cold. Really bad.
The staff at the windows were very nice and customer is always a strong point at Pal's.

Food is fast & fresh. Oddly it's either 1 of a few things: the Jr Pals burgers have Sour taste! I only notice after couple bites. Unfortunately I can't investigate while driving! 1- they now use Helmans, 2- they are putting mustard on burger or 3- my worst fear something is spoiled! I can't give 1 or 5 🌟 until I know! Just lettn every1 kno! Constantly busy at lunch 12-1 & dinner 4-5. Wrapped around & waiting in street! IDK never aye breakfast & would rather have Hardee's next door by looks of breakfast menu. Literally the worst pals I’ve ever been to! They are the slowest and rudest people ever. I have given them multiple chances but I’m done after today. All I got was a SWEET tea and they screwed that up! On another occasion I ordered TWO sweet teas and ONE half and half tea and food. I get the the window and a young boy gives me my half and half tea and food. I said I needed 2 more teas.
