I always have great experiences here and my favorite part has to be the staff. I’ve never had a bad encounter with anyone. A special shout out to Rue and Maya. This Starbucks location runs like a well oiled machine. They are always busy, and always friendly. The staff here makes sure your order is great every time. I sometimes go in for pick up, sometime go through the drive-thru. Either way, it's always a good experience. Caleb stands out as one of the most friendly baristas I've ever met. The slowest Starbucks Drive-Thru by a long shot. I accidentally waited 30 minutes, at least responding to emails on my phone, hence my not noticing at first. Similar lines at other locations are 10 at worst. Another time, I got out of line after I had about 10 cars in front of me and the line didn't move once in 7 minutes.
