Lombardo’s Pizza of Jenison — Restaurant in Georgetown Charter Township

We happened upon Lombardo’s, driving home a different route than usual from a day at Splash Pad. We were So excited to try some new Pizza, breadsticks, and quesadillas. Unfortunately, walking into the establishment, the excitement fizzled. ... pretty quickly. I wasn’t even greeted. At all. I stood at the counter for a few minutes, until a grouchy very young lady appeared. I asked for a menu, and she pointed at them. Couldn’t even hand me one. She never smiled or bothered to tell me any specials. I must have been bothering her, by walking into her establishment. I gazed over their menu, & placed my order. We get all our food home, there’s no chicken in our ‘chicken’ quesadillas. The cheese was lacking on the pizza. (The Pizza sauce was the only thing spectacular about the food) If they’ve been closed for three months because of these uncertain pandemic times, and are now open to ‘serve’..,, they should be milking their customers & eager to greet who ever walks thru their door with Smiles galore!!! We’re all about supporting Local family owened businesses. Sadly, nothing about this experience OR the food.... will get us back...

At first I loved this place. My favorite was the chicken ceasar salad. I would order that often. Then I would get bad lettuce in my salad. Slimy and gross. I still went back and then when getting to go order home my chicken was over cooked badly and they didn't give me any dressing and once again the lettuce was questionable. Tried one more time and the lettuce was disgusting. The thin crust pizza is very good and so is the Tiramisu. Lasagna isn't very good. Not sure if I will order from here again. I want to support local businesses and would like to support this one again. However not sure I dare...

The service is normally really good but tonight not sure what there problem was I called from north Muskegon to the one in jenison they told an hour no more like an hour and half and a guy before me waited almost 2 hours when they told him 45 min . They either need to get more help of find someone that nows how to run the pizza place I would have been embarrassed if I was the one working there while others are standing waiting for there food . The one in Muskegon is must better and ran...
