On Friday 22nd, around 4:30pm, me and my son bought latte, when I tried to pay with my Starbucks app, the girl that worked at the drive thru window says that it needs more light on my screen, I adjust the brightness, and she couldn’t scan it because maybe it’s due to the sun glare. When I try to change the method of payment using my other card, she just took/snatched my phone from my hand without asking permission, and I didn’t even say yes. I don’t know what she did to the phone, she just started scrolling it, then scanned my phone (Starbucks app) That’s just unprofessional, I couldn’t even say a word, because she took my phone so fast (I was inside the car). I know she just trying to help, but the staff needed to ask first if the customer was ok with it/giving permission or not. And please…do not grab somebody’s personal belongings like that again. Read moreOrdered 5 drinks plus food for puck-up. They had NO cup holders and when I asked if I could get a bag, I was told, "ya, you can get one up at the counter" offering NO assistance. NO Hot beverage sleeves nor stoppers were put into beverages. Needless to say, the coffees spilled in my car and when I called to talk with a manager about my awful experience, she brushed it all aside and told me, "sorry, we're out if drink carriers and sleeves for beverages are upon request as are stoppers. You can file a complaint with Headquarters if you are dissatisfied"!!! The store wasn't really busy, but the staff paid no attention to assisting with any solutions to trying to carry 5 very large (3 hot) drinks and 4 food items, oh nearly forgot, I had to ask for a bag for the food items too! I'm guessing the issue this morning was they overlooked my drink or maybe someone took my drink, but I had to wait 20 minutes for an Americano. When I can see that drinks that were ordered after mine were coming through by the dozens you know it's a problem. I made a mobile order so that way I didn't have to necessarily wait and it looks like it would have been better if I just went through the drive-thru. For such a simple drink you would think that they would try to prioritize something like that especially if it's been ordered way before any of the others. I don't understand how tickets are pulled and placed in a priority but maybe that should be looked at again? You can't tell me that you're running behind when I can see the time stamps and other drinks being at least 15...
