Horrible the lady manager there is horrific. My kids ordered some subs and they over charged them a whole extra sub.. Tried to get a refund after some poor new kid who was very polite ,acknowledged what he did wrong.. But then the other person working said she didn't know how to do it and we would have to come back tomorrow. Well we didn't get robbed Tommorow so please give us our money back today.. Then the young girl said well will u take cash and we said yes and then she called the manager and lied by the way lol and said we wouldn't accept cash lol and said they were very busy even tho there was only 1 other person. Manager said we'd have to wait until tomorrow and leave our number and she would call.. So she called and said she put the money back on the card and we told her thanks but why did we have to wait and why do the kids they leave in charge not no how to void orders? Well I would be unhappy too if the new franchise owner thought only one truck load a week would take them through a weekend? One of the location was out of pickles so we drove to the other location and they gave us a lowdown. They only had a pan of pickles left for the weekend themselves. And I see by the lack of comments that nobody cares about these reviews. So from now on be warned until the new franchise owners can get it together the employees won't be able to keep it together. I ordered twice and they would call me back so I thought I would be prepared and ask in advance to save the refund online ordering, but I never get answered so I order then literally 2 minutes later I get a call... I answer and it subway some kids who obviously didnt want to answer the phone. If you have the time to find my number and call and process a refund then god forbid you had time to just answer it the numerous times I called. Being busy is understandable, put me on hold, but they didnt sound busy at all. Hopefully this review saves people some time and allows management to figure something out, but we all know how this works as this subways stars are already low.
