Edit (March ‘24): Given this location’s issues with deliveries, we’ve been opting to use their car-side delivery for the past several months.
What’s supposed to happen is the app will tell me the order is ready, and I’ll drive to the store. Domino’s is supposed to bring out your order within 2 minutes of your arrival or you get a credit for a free pizza. But what’s happened the last few times is the order tracker is reset when I get there.
I’ve sat outside the store for ~10 minutes waiting for an order that was “ready” when I left the house, but Domino’s doesn’t have to honor the 2-minute guarantee because it’s reset the order tracker.

The last two times I’ve ordered delivery it’s sat In “quality check” for over an hour. The first time, the pizza arrived cold. This time, after an hour, I canceled it.
They tell me it’s because they only have one driver. It’s worth mentioning these two orders were placed over a month apart, and they’re still skirting by with one driver.

Read moreThis was probably one of the WORST experiences I've had in food service, ever. I ordered the food by email, and was told it would be ready in 35 minutes. I got there 35 minutes later exactly. I went inside and their board said my order was ready. But they couldn't find the food. Three different employees looked and couldn't find it, each one asking me what my name was, or the name on the order. Finally, one last genius looked around and either found it scattered and mixed in with other orders or just took the same item I ordered from others. All but one pizza was discovered and they told me they had to remake it. At the end of this ordeal, I literally walked out of there an hour and a half later, and got home to one hot pizza and three cold. Mistakes happen. I understand that. My issue was how rude and unprofessional they all acted. Not even an "I apologize." Just, "Here you go... NEXT!" I DO NOT RECCOMEND GOING TO THIS PLACE! They need to close up or fire...
Read moreSeems to be a bunch of kids employed that don't take the job seriously at all! It's just a place to goof off, hang out and all fun and games while getting paid to do bare minimum. While the couple older more mature employees do the work while very obviously stressed out by the younger ones. I've only seen 1 manager (older white female) that also seems to hate her job. The food is mediocre. Either your order is wrong or undercooked. I love the hand made pan pizza but lately the dough isn't cooked all the way. It's no use in calling when your order is totally wrong or not great because IF they do answer the phone they say they will do this or that but never do. It's the only Domino's around where I live so I will continue to order from them for now as I do have a family of 6 and it can be very convenient at times and what kids don't love pizza.
