Dunkin' — Restaurant in Georgetown

The location is great. There aren't any other coffee chains in the area to grab a green tea or coffee. The service is good. The cleanliness is good. The cold brews and green teas that I have ordered have been watery- every time. I'm not sure if the owner or manager is trying to save money, but it is a MAJOR turnoff. I ordered one of the new cold brews, and you couldn't tell too much because of all the sweetness. The next time I went in, I ordered a regular cold brew, and it was like drinking medium-strength iced coffee! That defeats the whole purpose of cold brew! Cold-brew should TASTE like cold brew. You can't water it down or shorten the process or whatever they're doing to make more money. The second problem. My biggest problem. Watery Green Tea. The iced green tea is watery. They aren't adding enough tea bags to the green tea. What comes out is watery green tea. Unless you want tea-flavored water, you need to add more tea bags if you're going home. Do you charge an extra $.16 for a hot cup! That is absolutely ridiculous I’ve never heard of such thing and it’s such a hidden tax they’re taxing us because we get hot coffee I got a prejudiced now against hot coffee drinkers LOL that seems very unfair that only hot coffee drinkers get taxed an extra $.16 I thought the whole point of when you buy a coffee everything was included in that cost apparently Dunkin in Georgetown and every Dunkin owned by this manager or owner has decided they need to add an extra $.16 on Every hot cup. every single time i order hot macchiato they make it iced so i wait more time while they rush to make the right one (with an angry attitude ) and they don't even put enough espresso because they wanna finish it fast .this happened not only once or two .i swear that happened more than 10 times .i think they need to figure out a way to fix how the order print .instead of it calls original macchiato it should be hot macchiato . im not getting coffee from this place again because i had enough bad coffee from them already .they renovate the place but they need to renovate their customer service and...
