Well if I could give a zero First all bum in the parking lot yes I feel for her but instead of letting her hang around their customers someone should have called for help for her. Or police to get her assistance. She then came begging in the restaurant for food I saw people giving her bags of food I gave her fries 🍟 I felt terriblefor her
But unfortunately at this location she must be a regular she actually says good morning to the staff and they respond to her good morning
The lady proceeds to the ladies room with all food she gathered and luggage on her back. I was there about 20 minutes Believe it or not. Waiting for food. I was a little upset that this woman was still in the restroom. I'm assuming probably cleaning herself at the sink. I don't know. I did not go in there for this very reason.
I had another very huge quirk at this location which prompted me to throw my food away. While I was ordering an employee dropped fries on the floor proceeded to pick them up. She did throw them in the garbage. However, she did not wash her hands after going to the floor picking them up and going by the garbage pail no one there had rubber gloves on that were cooking.
This restaurant was in complete disarray very unorganized and there was just when you looked over the counter. That was just food everywhere. I am not going to eat food when the place is so. Unsanitary. I actually stopped in for a cup of coffee but ended up ordering lunch for my grandson and I. He would not even eat it. He saw them drop the food too. I will not be returning to this location ever again on my way home from our vacation in Ocean...
Read moreUPDATE: I feel it necessary to edit my previous review to note that I went in to order today and experienced the pleasure of meeting employee Joseph at the register. Wow, what an asset to this place. He is beyond pleasant and helpful and attends to dine-in customers as though he's working at a full-service restaurant. I watched a table of 2 men send him running back and forth at least 3 times...straws, syrup, napkins (things most people would get up and grab for themselves) and Joseph graciously fulfilled their every request with an amazing attitude. He was very attentive taking orders, making sure the customers got exactly what they wanted and had a continuous smile on his face. Joseph if you see this, get a job at a restaurant where you work for gratuities, because you'll make a killing with your service and personality! Any business would be lucky to have you on staff!
This McDonalds is by far the most inconsistent one in the area. The wait is sometimes super long at the drive-thru in the morning due to ONE person working, the prices are higher than any other nearby McD's, and the service isn't great. The workers are friendly, but the food is never the same and I never get napkins and other drive-thru basics. I'll be avoiding this one and I'm a daily Mcdonald's customer because I eat their oatmeal for breakfast. I know not to expect a fine dining experience, but a napkin or a spoon would nice. Thankfully, I only drive this direction to work one day a week. The Rehoboth and Long Neck restaurants have much better service and my total for 2 oatmeals in Rehoboth is $4.98 compared to $6.79 at the...
Read moreI really don’t know why I bother coming here, it’s mainly ran by either teens that just don’t care, or old people that are past their prime. Went through the drive thru, sat and watched 4 cars go through until i finally said something. While giving my order (which a monkey could take) it was continually added wrong, they assumed i wanted all my meals large rather than ask the size, let alone listen to me repeat it slowly and clearly. I get it, people that yell in the mic make it way harder to hear, so I speak slow and clear. I noticed on the large screen it was still being added wrong. I go to clear it up with the first window (which that old lady runs) which can you blame me ? With McDoubles at almost $4 a piece , I don’t want $12 worth of them or an extra and large size soda at that. I go to drive to the second window and she feels the need to make a loud rude gesture (which i don’t understand, i thought older people were wiser, acting foolish makes you look just that….) I wasn’t rude about anything, I talked calmly and kindly repeated what I ordered and she couldn’t understand what I was saying apparently so she’s cops an attitude. Get to the third window, no nugget sauce, I ask this young girl for sauce, she throws it in my window…..if i wanted to catch my food, id put my sons baseball mit on. Since when did our new generation think attitudes get you somewhere in life. You could end up like that old lady at window one …get out of your own way and learn to be nice for a change. What are you so angry for? This place needs to be shut down,...
