A Town Wings — Restaurant in Georgia

My first time going to this location and will probably be my last. I placed a to go over the phone and girl was so busy trying to rush me off the off the phone she didn’t even get my order right ( which I didn’t know until I got my food), when I came to get my food the gentleman at the front counter did even speak, he just stood there, staring. When my wings finally came out and they were the incorrect flavor and the girl at the counter first reaction was “I repeated your order over the phone” before I can even say just put some sauce on them ( they were supposed to be hot lemon pepper instead of plain lemon pepper). She then took my wings to the back and whoever in the back literally just dumped enough sauce to cover 4-5 wings( I had 10) . As far as the wings they were fried perfection but had no flavor bc the sauces were watered down ( I also had the sweet and spicy) I’ve never had this problem at the wrightsboro road location so I guess I’ll just stick to them. This location may want to take some tips from them on customer service and food quality if they want to stay...

I just left this place a couple of mlnutes ago and I will not spend another dime here. I had to walk in and order my takeout because they never answer the phone. I was at the counter ordering 50 wings where half would've been Garlic Parmesan so I requested that they be wet and the Chinese boy at the counter refused so I just walked away disgusted at that point. Every wing joint that I've been to from Atlanta to Augusta accept customer requests for wing preparation but not this place and unlike others this place refuses to answer the phone to place orders. They never dropped my food after 10 mins of calling in waited at least 20 mins in the store and it got to the point to where the cashier asked if I wanted my money back. They very unprofessional they just called my aunt back and claim I had a bad attitude after all that bad customer service they gave me and told my aunt that they gave me my money back and that it should be over with because I wanted to speak to a manager I never had this type of customer service before they need to do better and be more...
