So I ordered through door dash. I got the house salad but when it came it had mushrooms added. I am allergic to mushrooms. Therefore I couldnt eat any of the food i had ordered incase it was contaminated by the mushrooms. When i called the store a girl answered. The first thing she said was we are no longer taking orders over the phone (this was about 30-40 minutes before close). She didn't even say her name or the place of business. She said their house salad came with mushrooms. I double checked doordash and they do not list this ingredient in the house salad. They said I had to dispute the order through doordash. I explained that I just wanted to come up there and swap out the food. They said no call doordash so I asked for a manager. I spoke to the so called manager . I couldnt understand him but I think he said his name was yay. He too said I couldn't get my food replacement that I had to call doordash. The manager yay hung up on me. When I called back they acted like they didn't have a manager named yay. I asked if there was a different manager available and they said no he was busy helping customers. I said "I am a customer and my order was messed up" She hung up on me so I called back again. This time the manager supposedly answered the phone but I couldn't understand what he said his name was. I asked if he was the same one I spoke to name yay and he said yes. At the end of the day I got my money back from doordash but no food and the restaurant wasn't willing to help at all. I will be reaching out to corporate about this and the unprofessional way it was handled by American Deli. Ps. I just pulled up American Deli Menu and it doesn't say anything about mushrooms in the house salad. So the staff and manager just lied about that. I will NOT be patronizing this business anymore!! Had to edit my review because apparently the owner is the one that lied and said he was Jay another manager there. I just spoke to manager Jay today and he said he didn't work the day before. So the owner posed as someone else and hung up on me plus didn't do anything to rectify...
Read moreHorrible experience! Went to this establishment on Feb. 7th (Super Bowl Sunday) I went early to place my order 3:30/4p to place and pay for my order to be ready at 5:45p because we all know that they do not start cooking until it is paid for(understandable). Placed and paid for order and left all information and was told to just come with my receipt to pickup. I was running late so I called to let them know I was on my way to get my order. Get there and it’s crowded which is expected. Went to the pickup side and told the girl I’m here to pickup the order I paid for and she states it’s not ready which is confusing because it is 6p and it was suppose to be ready at 5;45p. So no issue continues to wait, as I am waiting other customers are ordering large orders and other call-ins are coming in. The issue starts for me when they get their orders and the literally just ordered. At my third interaction with the young lady is when they finally rush my order, which should’ve been done when I first got there(I waited for almost a hour) The customer service is not great and the mumbling under their breath is unneeded, especially when I paid for the order hours ago. Being new to this area I will definitely patronize other establishments. Plus looking at the other reviews the owner/manager clearly doesn’t see it...
Read moreI discovered this chicken wing restaurant conveniently located right next to Publix, which made it an easy and appealing lunch stop. From the moment I stepped in, I noticed how clean, organized, and clutter-free the space was—a great first impression. The wall décor and branding made it clear that this is part of a franchise chain, but it still had a comfortable, local feel. I decided to try the Chicken Philly sandwich combo, which came with five wings. The standout of the meal was definitely the lemon pepper wings—they were crispy on the outside, perfectly cooked, and bursting with flavor. The chicken was fresh and tender, and the seasoning was spot on, with just the right balance of zest and saltiness. The Philly sandwich also didn’t disappoint. It was packed with flavor and cooked to perfection, making for a satisfying and hearty combo. It was one of those meals where everything came together just right—from portion size to taste to freshness. When your expectations are aligned with quality, the result is truly enjoyable.
Overall, I had a great lunch experience. The wing size was just right, which helped keep the texture juicy and tender. I left feeling both satisfied and impressed. I’ll definitely be coming back—this spot is a solid go-to for a...
