Ordered online 4/7/2023 and was going to pick my order up via drive thru but things went wrong. As we pulled to the window the lady opened the window handed the food said have a good night walked away. Well for my order I had 2 large baja blast so we sat at the window waiting for someone to come back. The manager white lady w blonde hair came to the window; we stated we are missing 2 large baja blast. Instead of explaining the soda machine was out and they only had sweet tea or that I need to contact taco bell customer service for refund the young lady in the back with the drive thru head set on jumps in and starts yelling “we ain’t got no drinks” “we ain’t got no control over the app that’s not our problem” “nah nah we ain’t got no drinks” we sat there in disbelief this random worker jumped into our conversation that had nothing to do with her. I’m not sure why you have such an attitude as 1. no one was talking to you 2. if you have no control over the app how would we as the customer know the drink machine was out of order unless you told us? the lady that handed us the food at the beginning never said we are out of drinks nothing just handed the food and dipped. I go to this taco bell over the one that’s closer to me bc the men that work there are dope they do an amazing job , great food , great service always nice but the women on 4/7/2023 shift at 10 pm need more training on how to work the drive thru and talk to people. 2 drinks shouldn’t be that serious but I have never been so confused on why the workers were so hostile over something we did not know. It’s really the lady that had the headset on that made the sweet teas and started yelling with an attitude when all we asked was if we could get anything else to drink or if we need to get a refund and by the way I saw you put literally made 1/4 tea in each cup and fill the rest with water so they were thrown away. you really need an attitude check and I wish I knew your name but you had no name tag on. Read moreThe food was actually good. However, I can't give more than 1 star. I added an extra cup of nacho cheese and the young man, who was very new, couldn't find the button to ring it up on my order. I told him it is a product that has to be rung up but he couldn't find the button. He was extremely nice and kept apologizing. He went back and spoke with the kitchen staff and told him what was needed because he couldn't ring it up. Next thing I hear is the manager, AUSTIN, berating him to where the customers could hear him. He was very rude to the young man. I believe his name was Cameron. Austin came up to the front counter to get something and I asked if he could show the young man where the extra cheese button was so it could be rung up. He spoke very rudely to me, stating, it's okay. I tried to pay him for it and he snipped again that he's got it. We have been going to this location ever since it opened. I will be driving to the one up in town 8 miles from my house instead of driving 2 miles.
I worked in fast food as staff and management. You NEVER speak to a customer like Austin did. You also don't berate an employee in front of customers or other staff.
As another floor manager brought my order to me I have her a dollar and asked her to please give it to Austin so my cup of cheese would be paid for. As I left, I stopped and told the young man that I was sorry and he kept apologizing to me. I told him he had nothing to apologize for. I told him that I gave the money to a manager and to not let Austin charge him for it.
Then to make matters worse, a product that was ordered was not placed in my bag. I know I should have checked my bag, but I was so upset with Austin that I walked out after speaking with the young man.
Not happy with management right now. This needs to be addressed by the store manager, district manager...
Read moreThe mangers treat their employees like they are stupid when they are just learning things they won't teach the employees how to put the food together so when there is a rush they can help when they are frying the foods mangers have push a employee out of the way cause they couldn't move fast enough and was trying to help the best that she could the mangers are never on time for the employees it is after 6am before a manger shows up then have to rush to get things done by 7am when the store opens for breakfast there are dirty dishes left the nite crew that the morning shift crew has to wash before use the grease is dark and smells nasty when the grease should be changed more times then what it does these are alot of reason why people complain about this store and why the food treats alfull and the store manager compares her co manger to a employee like the co manger is better then the employee is the store manger don't listen to the employee when the employee trys to tell the store manger something and blames the employee that it's her fault and not the machine/fryer mangers get mad at employee cause the employee forgets. And this one employee takes longer to catch on to something then others this employee feels like the eployee is being used and not treated like a true team member should and alot of the stuff that the mangers ask the employees to do the mangers and also do them self as well and stop running the employees to death this is some of the things why this store don't keep employees cause of how they are treated and why custmors don't want to come back and eat there and this is why the food here taste like the custmors say it does they leave food to expire and nasty dishes for morning crew to deal with this store don't or shouldn't even get a star in my opinion that's...
