Arby's — Restaurant in Georgia

I came by on the evening of 8/14/ 18 it was Tuesday night. And I ordered an Italian sandwich with the vinaigrette dressing on the side. when I was able to eat my sandwich I poured the vinaigrette dressing into the sandwiches -you know a little bit not too much. I bit into it, and got the most disastrous taste of spoiled dressing- I had to spit it out or gargled it out. I went back to the store I asked to speak to a manager who was a redhead- she did not apologize. She didn't care, and was extremely RUDE when she handed me back my money. She didn't even care to make it right. But that's what you get when you order from a place who doesn't really care how they prepare their food- how they store their food and therefore you get what you pay for. You get the service that mangement hires and there are no repercussions so they will continue 2 disappoint. Don't eat here!!! If they don't care about their food then they don't care how they handle their food. You could get hepatitis C. Way to go Management! You really know...

It's hit or miss with this place. I have had great food and service from there and I have had stale buns stale fries at different times but still stale anything is not acceptable. The last time my husband and I went it was an hour and 15 minutes before closing and there was another table of customers in the dining room and you could DEFINITELY see that the employee at the front counter was NOT HAPPY that we were dining in. We were halfway through our meal and 45 minutes before closing and he came out and started spraying the tables and I mean saturating them to the point we started coughing . The whole room smelled if the cleaning solution. He got what he wanted we had to stop eating and leave. We have not gone back since. Hey Everette Johnson- You have the best Arby's crew within a 60 mile radius on Bells Ferry. Hell, make it the best in 46 states ( I dont do West Coast on principal).
