Aug 2025: My experience would've been better if some of the coupons were not meals. I had already gotten a free potato cakes with my online order and when i went to use the paper coupons for a 2nd order, none of them were available without the fries & drink without having to source $10, which was more than i wanted to spend on a 2nd order. So i just got 2 sliders instead and didn't use a coupon. Also i think you should allow the use or multiple deals and paper coupons for online orders. The paper coupons have better deals and more choices so i always end up having to place 2 orders, since im always apt to spend money if im getting a good deal with a coupon or special. The pregnant Mexican woman who was working the drive thru last night is an excellent example of how an asset to Arby's should act. She was pleasant and cheerful over the intercom and then at the window she presented herself personable yet professional, was able to explain the deals without reference, and all-in-all seemingly knew what she was doing. She not only performed her job well, but went above and beyond to ensure my order was correct. She appears to enjoy her job, which i believe is super important when you're dealing with customers. I wish i would've gotten her name so i can praise her to corporate! She deserves an increase or bonus for sure! June2024: I pre-ordered from the app and chose "asap" for pickup time. I arrived much later than expected but my $3 Reuben sammich was still delicious. The service was fine and the dining room was pretty empty, since it was around normal dinner time. After i picked up my order, i decided to try the pumpkin turnover, since the cherry ones are always good. But the pumpkin wasn't impressive. 3/09 The flag has not been replaced. Tried calling the Arby’s phone would not pick up. Called the corporate office here in Atlanta and the phone did not pick up. Called the 800 toll-free customer service guest relations, line and reported that as of today well over a week later, the that disgraceful flag is still flying. Also, I have heard that the American Legion will replace worn out flags no longer serviceable. So I contacted the local American Legion in the community and reported this Arby’s for flying a disgraceful flag.
3/07 A week later, the disgraceful flag is still flying. Replace that flag! This is disgraceful, this is country is.
Previous: Driving to school each day, I see the flag this Arby’s presents. It’s tattered and very much needs to be replaced. I called this am and told the manager on duty. Read moreI am very familiar with this Arby's and all of the staff seem to be very nice, that's why I can't believe that someone would use the space used to rate the restaurant to attack an individual and express their personal views. As if it wasn't bad enough the person obviously think so little of themselves that they felt the need to come back and put the person's name. Hopefully the person who felt the need to say such nasty things about an employee and go so far as to mention their name is aware that this is slander which is a form of defamation of character and is currently under investigation in which they are tracking it back to where it originated.
