Arby's — Restaurant in Georgia

Came to this place around 6:30 pm today. There was a girl taking orders up front with long blonde curly hair and a brown and tan plaid jacket. I ordered a French dip and Swiss with crinkle fries. She gave me curly fries, asked for the correct fries and she sighed at me. Then I opened my French dip and the cheese wasn’t melted bc the sandwich was cold, brought it up to her to show her and asked for it to be remade and she sighed even louder and snatched the sandwhich from me and said “I need another French dip” and the sandwhich maker asked “why?” And she yelled “I don’t know I just need a new one, warm it up!” And when it was ready she didn’t just announce my name she yelled my name to get the food and had a total attitude towards me and my boyfriend. Order was wrong, food was cold, and she has a very bad attitude. I will be reporting this to corporate Monday. (Here’s a picture of their “au jus” or so they claimed it is, but it’s murky, I’ve cold and has black specs in it.) they didn’t even have fresh au jus, they have it in a arbys cup and they literally microwaved it in front of us and it was still ice cold...

This Arby’s now has a automated drive thru to take your order. It is terrible. Ordered my food, just a number 1 with a shake, but it took over 5 minutes because the system. After struggling to finally get the order in it asks if I need anything else, I replied to I get a 10% discount for this dumb machine, then to my surprise a real person came on the drive thru line. So they heard me struggle to order the whole time and only came on when I made a comment at the end of my order and her response was just , “ wowwwww drive around to the window” she was very offended that I was not pleased with the automated system then proceeded to be very rude and gave no response as I said thank you for every item she handed me. My food was thrown together in the bag as well overall terrible experience and terrible new drive thru. I will personally never return to this Arby’s location, and if you’re in the area don’t try your luck, Chick-fil-a is next door and on sundays there’s a Zaxby’s...

Check your order and don't let them try to push you around. My boyfriend ordered a number 5 with a Dr. Pepper for me ( I was there - I told him what I wanted and he repeated what I said. ) When we got my drink, it was a large and since we were charged for it, I just kept it without saying anything. However not having my large fries was a problem so we went back to window where the man proceeded to argue with my. boyfriend (who was actually very nice) about what he said, telling him he ordered the sandwich only. My boyfriend let him know that wasn't what he said. The man then just walked away. He came back with a Small order of fries and didn't say a word as he shoved them out the window. I didn't bother going back. He was clearly having a hard...
