Okay guys they finally fixed virtually every issue this Arby's had on my last visit over 4 years ago. Wow, I am super impressed at the positive changes they made there. Years ago during my last visit it was really nasty. I am stressing the nasty part. People had left their half eaten food and actual trash like from their car on the table. There were other tables with old meal trays on them and two of them were right next to the 🗑. Maybe back then Arby's had a "we'll clean up after you" policy that I was unaware of. I was stationed in Mainz and Ludwigsburg, Germany back in the early 80's and 90's and there they did have actual workers cleaning up after you and it was the norm to just eat and leave your empty meal wrappings on the table. The also served beer🍺 and wine🍷in the big name fast-food restaurants and that blew my mind. Just a tiny tidbit of info for you is that McDonald's doesn't have a 1/4 pounder they have a Hamburger Royale also mentioned by John Travolta in the Pulp Fiction movie which is just a quarter pounder but they put fresh lettuce, onions, pickles and mayo on it. You can add cheese 🧀 to make your own hybrid quarter pounder but it's still called a Hamburger Royal. Whatever, though right? So when you are ever in another country anywhere in the world and get a little homesick you can always go to a McDonald's because it tastes just like it does here. I mean exactly like it does here. So back to Arby's I'm sorry I got off track. My last visit the entire restaurant was filthy and everything had this oily like coating from the main counter to the tables and even the self serve tea dispensers. I was kind of worried even eating the food and ended up eating it in my car because it was cleaner. But now everything was super clean the staff was really nice and truly the entire store from the kitchen to the eating area was spotless. I was super impressed. Whoever is managing the store now is doing a really great job. So I commend and applaud 👏 you and your crew on your accomplishment. It was even an extremely busy time 6 pm on a Friday night. So I will definitely be visiting this Arby's in the future because of the huge improvement. Good job to all of you and you should be proud of what you've done. Read moreI went through the drive through around 7:30pm on August 31 and ordered three different sandwiches and three sides. Upon arriving home with the food, discovered one of the sandwiches had cheese sauce that wasn’t ordered (hubby CANNOT eat cheese) and one of the sides was missing. There were no napkins, no sauce, and no receipt. I called and spoke with Travis, and he told me I could get the entire meal replaced the next time I was in that area (near where I work, not near where I live) as I was unable to return that night. Returned tonight, Sept 2, around 7:30pm to get my replacement meal and spoke with a young lady who said she was the “boss”. She asked for my receipt, which I explained wasn’t provided with my order on Thursday. She then tells me she’ll only replace the incorrect sandwich and I’d have to pay a discounted rate for the rest of the meal. That was NOT what I was told would be done to correct their mistakes! As I couldn’t afford to pay for another meal, that was unacceptable. My family can only afford to eat out once a month. It’s a special treat to get takeout food and sit down as a family without needing to do the work of cooking and cleaning up. I had to make my husband sometimes else to eat, which defeated the whole purpose of getting takeout!! The entire experience was frustrating and I feel I was lied to about how this was to be resolved. If, as the “boss” said, this establishment can’t do any better than what was offered to me tonight, retraining staff needs to take place at the bare minimum.
