My family and I frequently went to this location (2-3 times a week if not more). Lately, Iâm beyond disgruntled and sadly, very disappointed. The wait times have become exceedingly long. They are always out of ingredients and last night was the kicker.
I pulled in to order a smoothie bowl and 2 smoothies and I was immediately met with, âWe are closing soon so we are not taking any more ordersâ. I couldnât believe it! I reached out previously about my concerns about the rude lady Karisa I believe is her name, it might be (younger female, dark hair, and never a smile), but no one cared to respond.
All of the young people that used to be so kind have vanished. I was informed that they recently opened a store on Cascade, so perhaps this where the more seasoned crew went.
It took the owners long enough to open up their stores in our neighborhoods (Iâm from Atlanta). Yet, these last few encounters have settled it for me.
I will not wait in that line, in my car, for another 30 minutes and then be asked to park.
I will not be told that they donât have so many simple ingredients, or even worse, they have not prepared the smoothie bowls so I cannot order one.
I will not be told that they donât have pineapple juice or granola due to Easter đŁ-there is a Publix in walking distance on the sidewalk, so they cannot make my smoothie or bowl.
Iâm truly over it. I have spent quite well with you Ardenâs Garden and I always take care of the young people who always work the window by tipping well with that germy and broken tipping portable black machine. My phone number will reflect that.
Lastly, customer service is everything. I realize the smoothies arenât as tasty as Smoothie King, but I enjoyed how kind the staff used to be and here again I always heavily tipped the young folks working there. I also, felt the ingredients were more natural.
Oh, I still had to wait in line because after being told they were closing, I was behind another vehicle and couldnât get out of the line. This was truly inconceivable. Use a cone next time so people donât waste their time getting stuck on a cement surrounded drive-thru. Itâs far too loud in there (blenders) so I donât...
Read moreI recently had a disheartening experience at Arden's Garden, a place I usually frequent in my neighborhood. While I typically enjoy my visits, this particular incident left me feeling violated and concerned about the integrity of the establishment.
Upon trying to make a purchase, I was informed that the POS system was down, and I couldn't use my phone for payment. Reluctantly, I used my physical card, and I was told my balance was $20.48. However, shortly after, I received a notification indicating that my card had been charged $22.38. This immediately raised suspicion, prompting me to request a copy of the receipt.
To my dismay, upon reviewing the receipt, I discovered that the drive-thru attendant, Taylor, had added a tip for himself without my consent. While I usually plan to tip, the fact that it was done without my knowledge or approval felt like a violation of trust. It left me questioning the honesty and ethics of the staff at this particular Arden's Garden location.
I grappled with the decision of whether to confront the issue, as I had intended to tip anyway. However, the moral dilemma of being essentially stolen from prevailed, and I felt compelled to address the situation. It is disheartening to think that such incidents may have occurred before, and I am now hesitant about returning to a place I once considered a neighborhood favorite.
I hope that Arden's Garden takes this matter seriously and implements measures to ensure the integrity of their transactions. Such incidents not only tarnish the reputation of the establishment but also erode the trust of loyal customers. It is my sincere hope that steps are taken to prevent such occurrences in the future and restore the faith of patrons...
Read moreI had the chance to check out Arden Gardens Juices and Smoothies, and let me just say, it was exactly what I needed! From the moment I walked in, the vibrant, welcoming atmosphere hit me. The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, taking the time to explain different options and even recommending a few based on my preferences.
I went for the Green Machine Smoothie (spinach, kale, banana, and almond milk) and it was absolutely refreshingâperfectly balanced, not too sweet, and packed with all the good stuff. The flavors were so fresh, and you could tell they use high-quality ingredients. The smoothie was creamy and smooth, without being overly heavy.
I also tried their Tropical Sunrise Juice (pineapple, orange, and a hint of ginger), and wow, it was a burst of sunshine in a glass. The ginger added just the right amount of zing, and it was so refreshing on a warm day.
What I loved most was how customizable everything isâyou can add protein, flax seeds, or even chia to boost the nutrients. Plus, the menu has so many options for different dietary needs, whether you're looking for something energizing, detoxifying, or just a healthy treat.
The best part? Arden Gardens isn't just about great drinks; the whole vibe of the place is calming and laid-back, making it the perfect spot to relax or grab something on the go. Whether you're craving a quick pick-me-up or looking for a healthier way to indulge, this spot delivers.
Highly recommend stopping by next time youâre in the areaâyou wonât be...
