Worse experience ever. Their customer service is horrible. All the women working there they were rude to every customer. The one that looked like the manager was talking about another employee with other women and they were tearing a part the employee. The lady at the cashier was lifeless. When I asked for breakfast sandwich she repeated something about not selling those at that time. When I asked for a French croissant after she press total she rolled her eyes at me and cancelled the transaction. The woman that was making the sandwiches was terribly rude. Someone before ordered a tuna sandwich and she was mad for some reason she start mumbling some Ebonics when i asked her if it was my sandwich she start screaming at me like I insulted her or something. She mumbled all the words and she was angry. The other 2 employees treated everyone like they were doing us a favor. After that the manager checked on some cinnamon rolls that were in a bakery rack and she said: “Oh! Hell no!” And she told the unpleasant sandwich maker: “Mr. So and so didn’t dressed the cinnamon rolls before he leaves.” In front all the customers. She finally gave me my order and I couldn’t leave faster. These people were so rude that it didn’t matter how good the food was is. I believe some people forget that they are there because the paying customers. Terrible, terrible customer service. The place looked messy and not very clean. The chips were lonely one kind and taste old and stale. So sad they are such a bad workers. People turn from. The place when I was arriving. Now I know why. The turkey avocado sandwich was not good the croissant was...
Read moreThis is for the Atlanta Bread in ATL Terminal F. This one only has the bakery/deli, no table service or full restaurant menu (full service is in Terminal A). I got a pumpkin magic muffin top, and I was pretty pleased with it. It seemed relatively fresh had a very nice hearty texture (not airy and bland like a lot of airport muffins). Honestly it was one of the better baked goods I've had in an airport. I appreciated being able to get the muffin top instead of the full size muffin so I could combine it with other snacks for my breakfast. The cashier was nice but told me they didn't have pumpkin when I asked for it, but then when I asked what they did have, she looked and discovered that they did in fact have pumpkin muffin tops. I got what I wanted and I'm sure she was just tired, but I'm glad I checked. I can’t vouch for the sandwiches, so maybe that’s the problem, but I’m surprised that reviews are so negative when the baked goods here look, and based on what I got, taste better than the other options in...
Read moreIf I could give this place a zero, I would. Now that I’m sitting down at my gate reading others reviews. I concur with them. Terrible experience. The associates here, shouldn’t work here nor anywhere. LAZY is the only word to describe them. Zero professionalism, zero customer service and zero sense of urgency working AT AN AIRPORT. I fly a lot but I haven’t flown out of Atlanta in a minute. Not bashing the whole airport but just this area is a no go. Never have I experienced the slowness like this. Agreed with others that they prioritize their friends and in my instance they told me the chick that was three people down from me getting her order first, was because she ordered a cold sandwich. Like huh? You think this is the first restaurant I order from? It works in ticket numbers- or at least should. I hope this place gets enough negative reviews that someone sees and investigates. As a manager for a big company, I would never accept this attitude from associates. Do...
