I'm always up for a good burger and had been wanting to visit Bad Daddy's for a while now. I finally had the chance to visit for a late lunch. The restaurant is clean and definitely has the "sports bar" vibe. Since I stopped by after the lunch rush, I had my choice of tables, which was nice; however it appeared that all of the vacant tables had not yet been wiped down after the previous patrons, and it took me a minute or two to find a table that was relatively clean. Fortunately, rolls of paper towels are provided at each table, so I was able to give it a good wipe down, but it was not a very good first impression. I did not have to wait long for my waitress to stop by and she continued to check on me periodically while I perused the menu. They off a good variety of Signature Burgers, but I opted to "build my own". I chose to go with a single 7oz paddy, medium rare, on the brioche bun, topped with just lettuce and a bit of onion. I like to keep it simple so I can actually taste the burger. I also had ketchup and their Big Daddy sauce on the side, along with a side of their hand cut fries. I did not have to wait long before my food arrived, which was also nice, especially since I was hungry. The 7oz paddy was a nice size and thicker than your normal "smash burger", which made me happy. I prefer thicker burgers to smash burgers. It was also cooked a perfect medium rare, with just the right amount of pink on the inside. However, it was an extremely juicy burger. And by "juicy", I mean greasy! Now, I know that to have a great burger, you need some fat, but I think they could have at least blotted up some of the grease before they brought the burger to the table - I mean, there were rolls of paper towels everywhere! Fortunately, the burger tasted great (once said grease had been blotted up by me). I was also glad that I had chosen the brioche bun, as it was thick enough to handle the burger's juicy-ness. I don't think a regular bun would have held up. The Big Daddy sauce was tasty as well. I mixed it with the ketchup and it was a nice addition to the burger. The fries, sadly, were awful! They looked good when they brought them out, but were quite limp and soggy (again, what's with the grease?); no crunch at all! I probably should have asked for a replacement, but I figured it wasn't worth the wait. There's a chance I might go back at some point, as the burger really was flavorful. But if I do, I'll ask them to blot my burger before bringing it out and I'll skip the fries.

First Time here. Very nice decor on the inside, several TVs, easy to watch, music playing, Not very many customers, only 3 when we got there today, Wed around 2 in the afternoon. Waitress / bar tender, greated us as we walked in, Sit anywhere she said. They have a few booths, which can probably sit 6 to 8 each. The other seating area, tables and chairs, also outside seating, and you have the bar area as well. Brought us our menus, in addition, they have it set up so you build your Burger, and also your salad if you choose to have one, oh And do they have a list of ingredients for you to choose from. While we decided, we had the order of 8 Onion Rings as an Appetizer, they are very delicious, didn't fall apart, and HUGH!!! I ordered the Burger with tatertots, wife got the salad. Asked if the had raspberry Ice Tea, that was a no, but the have Strawberry lemon aid, Yea, they have Strawberries alright, actual Strawberries.....It was ok, they use paper straws, didn't hold up very well. Ended up ordering a Pepsi. Took a little while to get our order, only one server working, she was very friendly. Back to the food, the burger was very good. Nice and juicy, with all the fixings. Salad was ok, it came with a Hot turkey patty on top, and very salted, which didn't go well with the cold salad. Maybe should be on the side. One thing is that the food was over salted. Didn't notice it on the burger, but the salad and tots, most diffentley. Ended up not finishing the tots, really only had a few, that was due to the salt. Took the salad to go. Nice place, nice atmosphere, and for me, the Burger and Onion Rings where fantastic, that's why they get a 4. The should lay off the salt, let the customer decide how much they want. We will probably try it agin sometime down the road, but will order it with out the Salt.

My family and I have anxiously been waiting to try it out and it was horrible. Service was pathetic, they were on their phones instead of running food. Fried Pickles were soggy. Why even ask how I want my burger done if you can only do well done. Flavourless and our sides never showed. Even had to ask where our app was. If you want to be a boutique burger joint step up your game. The only genuine thing was the bar tender/floor manager apologizing. I have never left without minimally tipping the waiter but you couldn’t have even paid me to finish my burger. She graciously gave us vouchers but the questions is do we dare waste another meal at this establishment?! I would have been more satisfied with a Wendy’s burger. Staff needs way more training and perhaps more than one adult running the show. Update 7/26/21 Management reached out quickly but never responded to my email. I looked at previous reviews and all the negative ones have the same response. Just a shame. The name of the restaurant is ridiculously fitting because all around they are bad! I said I wanted a burger for dinner and my husband said free burgers from this place and I said absolutely not. Not worth the drive for even a free burger. We will be heading to Semper Fi. Update: We finally caved and used the coupons. Service was better not stellar. The chips were mushy and gross. Drink was good. Still same feelings about going back. Wah wah wah.

We dined here 3/25/23 for my husband’s birthday. He said he wanted a really good burger customized by him. We heard Big Daddy’s and took him. BAD IDEA! We were a party of 7. The restaurant was not busy at all. I will guess there were about 6 tables being served. We arrived at 6pm and didn’t receive our food until 7:45pm! Everyone around was getting there food and finishing their meals. But not us.

Our waitress was the bartender. She kept coming around asking if we wanted alcoholic drinks. She did not take our food order until 6:41pm. I know this because when we received our food 1 hour and 45 minutes after arriving, the manager had the nerve to say that we did not receive our food until 7:45pm because our order was put in at 6:41pm. During our long wait, the bartender/waitress offered no explanation of the long wait. My son requested a refill of his lemonade and I requested water. The bartender brought out my water 5 minutes later. My son received his lemonade 20 minutes later. Not the manager or bartender/waitress explained why they took so long to serve us. Instead the made excuses such as a couple of us asked for well done burgers. What! does that mean they are not prepared for well done burger requests? They argued with us. Then they had the excuse we placed our order at 6:41pm. What! How is it our fault the bartender waited 41 minutes to take our order? Her excuse for taking our order 41 minutes after arriving was because she had a feeling we were going to request custom made burgers and it would take a while. What! So she purposely did that?

The manager was not willing to discount the food. He wanted us to taste the food. When they finally brought our food out, it was obvious most of our burgers sat for a while before it was brought. For example, 2 of our burgers were falling apart because of how long it sat. The cheese on mine was practically baked on because of how long ago it was placed on the burger. Even the lettuce was wilted. The fries were so old. The manager wanted us to eat the food just like that. He said we were being unreasonable. Anyway, in the end I told them we would pay for our drinks but not the food. The food was old, not edible and the service was horrible. The manager and waitress were not happy about that, argued that we were being dramatic then proceeded to honor my request. This was a horrible experience. We went here for my husband’s birthday because he wanted a really good burger that he can customize himself. The bartender/waitress single handily ruined his experience and the manager on duty made it...

They are absolutely hampered by inept management.

They definitely have a reason for their, currently, 3.6 star rating. We ordered online, direct from them, and were given an estimated pickup time of 22 minutes. Well, the actual order took almost an hour to complete. This was not a complicated order, either, just two salads with grilled meat options.

The excuse they gave is they had people call out, which would be all well and good if the dashers picking up orders for other parties weren't also saying this happens every time with this place. In fact, just read any other critical review on Google, and they all say the same thing: slow. The place was not even close to packed, with maybe 4 or 5 tables on a Monday. Management clearly does not trust or think highly of their regular staff enough to do anything outside their normal responsibilties, because they were all standing and waiting for orders to be filled. If they were so backed up that they couldn't make online orders even close to the estimated time, they should have closed them, which they did not. Again, this points to management having no clue what they are doing.

On top of this, no form of compensation in the form of even a discount for future orders was offered. In fact, the manager was not even interested in speaking directly to me (which, in 34 years of being alive, I have literally never asked for a manager of a restaurant before or even complained about food. I don't think I have even ever reviewed anything on Google before, either). To add insult to injury, the food was unbalanced, with the majority of the salad being the lettuce and very little in the way of other vegetables, and the meat was extremely under-seasoned to the point that it was bland. The only reason this did not get a 1-star is because the food was, at the very least, edible and able to provide sustinence.

Looking at all the other reviews, the one thing they have in common if management's utter lack of anything resembling a semblance of concern. They may respond to this review with some stock response and weak promise of doing better or compensation if contacted, but since it sounds like they will just ghost you on the follow-up, I won't even bother responding.

In short, direct customers: stay away, lest you want bad food brought out slowly! Dashers and Ubereats folk: Do not take orders from here, lest you want bad reviews for their...
