Panda Express — Restaurant in Woodstock

This location has a serious problem with portions. I have ordered teryaki chicken multiple times and received 4.5 ounces of chicken (I have weighed it). The website states a portion of Teryaki chicken is 6 ounces. The mixed selections have very little meat in proportion to the vegetables. They frequently do not have selections available towards the evening likely to prevent loss if they are not able to sell.

The manager here, who has very little people skills as well, is likely so focused on maximizing the bonus on food cost savings that she does not mind stealing from her customers. That is exactly what skimping on portions is. If the portion does not match the stated portion how is a customer supposed to decide if the value is worth it. Edit: Just tried this location again and nothing has changed. Stop going here people. Management change or closure is what theft like...

If I could give 0 stars I would. Double charged for our order, and refused to refund. When we called we were told to come and the charge would be refunded. When my son went there with the double charge printout, the lady behind the counter said she needs to call the bank first. When asked what bank she will be calling she said "Bank of America, right?" Well, not right. We have LGE. She did not even look at the printout to see if the bank name was on it. So still no refund, and no one is picking up the phone. They never do.

Update: Finally, after 3 days got in touch with the "manager" who was talking over me the whole time, and blaming me that I did not let her talk. Then blaming me that we placed order 2 times. Then she sighed and hung up on me. Wow!! Will be reporting this business location to BBB and filing the complaint with the headquarters. Will not order...

Wow. Worst customer service. We walked in at 7:50 and they close at 9. We saw their noodles were almost empty. Just vegetables and oil barely any noodles bottom of the bowl stuff. So we said we’ll wait for a new batch. They told us they will not make a new batch because it’s almost closing time. They said they’re trying to keep their food cost down. Same thing with their chicken entrees. They refused to make any new batches of chicken even though they were out. They told me to try a different chicken flavor instead.
