Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Georgia

Ordered a double cookie sandwich with two different flavors. It comes with 3 cookies. The guy was only going to give me two until I pointed out the sign says 3. I guess he had been shorting customers a cookie up until that point which is basically theft. Also, didn't tell me they were out of the flavor I wanted until he went to go replace it with another flavor. Then asked if it was OK. Did the same thing to my boyfriend except didn't tell him until after he already scooped the replacement ice cream and was making it. This isn't rocket science. It's ice cream. Don't come here. I would have rather gone to racetrack for some self serve...

The worst experience ever! Husband wanted donuts and I wanted ice cream. We stood there waiting to be helped while either the employees were on their phone or just not wanting to help. Went on Saturday night at 7:30, only 6 choices of donuts, none of what he wanted and when I asked for the baskin robbins special of the month, which was ice cream on a brownie...they didn’t have any brownies. Love their ice cream BUT the Attitude is HORRIBLE . We been going to this place for ever but lately two of the girls working here HATE when we come in.
