This was one of the most frustrating dealings with a fast food company that i have had in a long time. From the moment we pulled up to the drivethrough the attendants tone was less than steller, but hey i understand ive worked at a fast food joint before. That disregarded the young lady then proceeded to take our order imrpoperly, and upon us correcting her it was still not understood what we wanted. We went back and forth replacing our order until a gentlemen replaced her and took our order correctly. When we pulled up to the window HE then gave us the wrong order back. Now im not sure if he couldnt understand that we wanted two chicken biscuit combos and two cajun filet biscuits just the sandwhich, but we then we went over our order again so many times that in all honesty i became mixed up as to what we initially ordered. After we somewhat agreed as to what we wanted we were asked to pull up to receive fresh food. Ok i thought whatever its done. As a young woman dropped off our food with no drinks in tow, we reminded her of that very fact. "Oh you didnt get it at the window?" She asked. No we didnt. Now if your still here reading all this guess what happened next...we were only brought one drink!?!?! At this point i was ready to walk in and throw the food against the wall and walk out. I swiftly told my wife to drive away to avoid said situation. Long story short they blow....food...
Read moreI really believe the employees HATE their customers. I have visited this Bojangles on several occasions. I seem to get a serious attitude from the staff EVERY time. It's fast food, so quality standards were already lowered. You get what you pay for right? I would more than likely visit this Bojangles more often if the employees weren't so rude. I have NEVER been greeted with a "hello". I have NEVER been told "have a nice day". I have NEVER been told "thank you for your business". Instead, i am asked "what do you want?" and when picking up my food, it might as well be thrown at me. Once the employee's arm exits the window, you better be ready. Because they will let go whether you are ready to grab it or not. They clearly don't care about their customers at all. I firmly believe in second chances, which is why i have been returning (always hoping they will act like human beings). But I am starting to think the employees of this particular restaurant don't plan on changing their attitude. If you go to Bojangles website, it says they "strive to provide our guests with a perfectly satisfying dining experience." I guess the employees of this location haven't been on the website. If you want a good biscuit, GO...
Read moreI recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Bojangles. We went there for breakfast, hoping for a pleasant meal, but it was anything but. The biscuits had the consistency of paper towels – dry and unappetizing. The steak on the biscuit was blander than usual, lacking any flavor. The worst part was the coffee; my wife actually spit it out because it was so terrible.
On a later date, hoping that lunch would be better, we decided to give it another chance. Unfortunately, it only got worse. I was served a cold piece of chicken that was completely unappetizing. The next day, I experienced serious food poisoning, which I strongly suspect was from the chicken. The situation was so severe that I had to report the restaurant to the local health department.
This experience was incredibly upsetting and unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to avoid this Bojangles location. The quality of the food and the overall dining experience were far below expectations, and the health risks are simply not worth it. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of care and quality...
