Hong Kong Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Suwanee

Started working in the area, wanted a good chinese place to eat at. I tried this out for the first time. I asked if they use MSG, I was told no. I asked what kind of vegetables they put in lo mein - I was told onions, chinese cabbage, mushrooms and carrots. Ordered chicken lo mein with no onions. Looked at my order before leaving, everything seemed great. Started eating the food, chicken taste different and to my surprise, my lo mein had onions in it. I called to let them know as a courtesy to let them know I had onions in my food. Then I received a call back after talking to them, they let me know that chinese cabbage has onions it is and that I might have a couple of onions in there by a mistake. Well, when I ordered no onions, I should have been advised that the chinese cabbage has onions and there shouldn't be onions in it at all if I ordered no onions. They made me feel like I made a mistake rather than taking responsibility for their own mistake.

Disappointed by food and service. I will not recommend this place to other nor will I return.

Went to return my food after being told on the phone I will get a refund if I came back with the food. The man opened my food and was picking at it, looking for the onion that was clearing on top. We were yelling at each other over onions AND they told me I wouldn't get a refund because they didn't do...

I love it!! I ordered it to go and while driving i could smell it and it smelt sooo goooddddd!! The second I got home my family and I devoured it. I ordered the spicy shrimp fried rice, Buffalo chicken wings, and the sweet chilli chicken wings and they tasted SO GOOD!! 10/10 would recommend. The food was perfect, everything that was supposed to be crunchy was crunchy, everything that was supposed to be soft was soft in the best way, the fried was the perfect texture and taste, it was bouncy, and fluffy and somehow soft without it being mushy Idk how to describe it, it was awesome. The best thing was the price, it was super cheap....at least cheaper than most places, especially for that amount and for how good everything was. Ooh if you go there try the chicken with ranch (I know its an obvious combo but)its soo good, my mom...

First time eating here. I've been in this area for over a year and haven't found one Chinese restaurant that was good until now. The food here is awesome. It reminds me of the better ones closer to inside the perimeter. We ordered tangerine chicken, shrimp and vegetables, fried dumplings, and shrimp egg rolls (which I highly recommend). They allowed me to sub my regular fried rice to shrimp fried rice and my girlfriend to sub her rice for veggies. Most Asian restaurants don't allow it, and it frustrates me, but this location does. 😁👌🏿💯 If you spend $35.00, you get a free appetizer, which is cool. The food tasted great, could tell it was made from scratch. The shrimp egg rolls were full of shrimp and didn't taste like the flash frozen egg rolls that were just thrown in the grease.
