Brogen's North — Restaurant in Georgia

Seat yourself so you're comfortable in the middle of the day (3-4 ish), get service within 2-3 mins. If you want a host to seat you in a slow time, go pay twice as much somewhere else for food that likely isn't this good.. Awesome server and staff (T.J. was our waiter), I can't say enough about it. KOSHER! The cooks and staff CLEARLY know what "kosher" is, without even asking and making it feel weird. The Ruben my Husband ordered to be served cold/not placed on the grill, T.J. came back, and explained the bread was toasted on the grill & asked if we wanted it toasted in a regular toaster, or just plain/cold bread. It's hard to explain how much that means to someone who eats a Kosher diet in your family.

My wife and I ordered the fried shrimp dinner , cajun shrimp pasta and 10 lemon pepper chicken wings. The fried shrimp and shrimp pasta were fine. The fried shrimp at the other Brogens was much better. The salad was ok.. let's be honest it was salad . The garlic bread was just limp bread that wasn't toasted. The chicken wings were an abomination for chicken wings. I don't know if they were supposed to be fried or over roasted..but there were a pale, translucent, rubbery, non seasoned mess that I would send back in a second if this wasn't to go...especially being $15 for 10 wings. That is just ridiculous. I can get wings at the gas station in Atl 100x better that what ever those were. Overall.. $71 for 2 people after tip. I'd just go make my own food next time from the grocery store. 2 out 10....

Well, my date and I were ready for lunch, and Brogans was recommended to us. The menu looked like what we were after, so we figured we'd give it a shot, not being from St. Simon's and hoping for the best. We found a parking spot immediately, and there was no wait when we arrived, so we were seated immediately (I think we got in just before the "church crowd"). Unfortunately, we sat for better than five minutes waiting for someone to simply speak or offer us drinks. I finally got up and spoke to the hostess/server. She was polite and immediately came to take our drink and food order. Everything else went well; my significant other enjoyed her Cajun pasta, the Prime Rib sandwich was delightful, and the Bloody...
