I recently had the pleasure of visiting Bruister's, and I must say, Maggie's service as an ice cream server truly exceeded my expectations. From her warm greeting to her expert knowledge of the menu, Maggie made my ice cream experience unforgettable.

My friends and I First time to Bruster, Coming from my company halloween party with our Kids and we wanted to try this ice cream place , Googled this place near and we came to this location on LaVista Rd , Worst decision we made .the young man had really red hair skinny face was very rude, no greeting rolling his eyes just not wanting to deal with us which we are a very diverse group Black, hispanics and Indian he treated us all the same just rude , I personally walked away from the window and waited for the next young man to come and help me because I simply didn't understand the attitude that was given and did not want him waiting on me , if i am going to visit a place an get attitude with it i'd rather go elsewhere, I ordered my ice cream with the next young man much nicer and I'm guessing the man that gave me my order was the manager Im not 100% sure but he was nice. As we sat to enjoy our Ice cream and chat we also observed (red head) interacting with other customers of the same skin tone as me he was giving the same face unpleasant not inviting at all, once some caucasian couples walked up his entire face and body language changed he smiled with them and talked with them etc, so now I'm thinking maybe this young man just don't like us ( Black&brown people) which is unacceptable, if he cant treat every guest with respect and kindness he shouldnt be working in a guest facing business. myself an my friend Coming from a company that's big on hospitality where guest are #1. Love the ice cream!… But Sadly, the Staff are Childishly Horrible! The guys are usually doing NOTHING and the girls do Everything!… However, I AM a regular and it appears the girls don’t mind doing All the work because the guys there ARE actually cute, so for them I’m sure it’s fun, but for us Patrons, Not so much!! The Entire Staff can’t possibly be older than 17, very silly, childish, and playful. I’ve never seen a Recognizable manager. It took the tallest guy 3 times to make my brownie sundae, which literally was only brownie, one small scoop of strawberry ice cream, and pecans but clearly the modifications had him in a chokehold 3 times! Took forever! The young FEMALE employee finally came and made it for him, she was the ONLY one apologetic and professional! The others just thought it was funny and said nothing! The guy just gave up, walked to the back along with ALL the guys to sit, laugh, play, and Do NOTHING… and ONLY girls were left in front doing ALL the work…I am Very Upset about the constant decline of staff!! I understand having fun, being young, cool environment, but please get the orders right!! …It’s just ice cream geesh!!
