Taco Bell — Restaurant in Georgia

They would be a good place to eat but they are highly over priced ,They say they do not sale chicken tacos so they have to charge a subsitute charge $1.99 for swapping chicken for beef. So a plain chicken taco cost $4 ea. They are good but you can not eat there for under $20. I would eat there more often but they overcharge and rip their costomers off! Instead of having reasonable prices and saleing more they insult their customers with there prices and so customers come once every couple of months instead of 2 or 3 times a week! I do not recommend Taco Bell, because they highly overcharge! You can eat at Red Lobster or fancy resturaunt. Yes, they have forgoten they are a fast food resturant that has good affordable food. Every person should stop going to TACO BELL and refuse to pay their extravagant prices, until they stop charging 3 times what they should. The employees are insanely rude. i watched them stand there and blatantly ignore an older woman even while she was trying to ask them for help. they helped her and as she was about to ask for something else they ignored her and walked away. they either don’t read your order or don’t care, cause they set down your food and immediately walk away. they don’t give you your drink cups. while we asked a lady to give us our drink cups she seemed to just not want to give them to us. they were back there going on their headsets talking about customers, which they don’t realize, you’re not quite people can hear you. my burrito was only rice, they put almost no meat in it at all. i got the little cinnabon delights, and they were extremely hard and stale feeling and had no...

The 2 kiosks for ordering are not presented prominently in the Thomson GA Taco Bell. A support post in the business has the letters o.r.d.e.r vertically, not very large I need to add. The two workers who were filling orders for the drive through allowed me, a 75 year old, to stand there waiting to order without directing me to the ordering kiosk behind me. I had to notice people coming in behind me who knew how to order. I noted in our order that we needed 6 packets of mild sauce. They weren't included in our bag with the 3 crunchy Taco Supremes (with a squirt of sour cream) and the 3 soft Taco Supremes.
