Updating my review after reading response to have a little more empathy and compassion as I understand everyone is experiencing a hardship in these times. To point out some of the good as well…the food is really good, always hot and fresh. My review is just my experience but hopefully they are taken into consideration for improvements so your business can flourish.
The first time I ate here I was amazed but everything after that has been disappointing .. the food is good but the service is horrible. The lady is the worse and the man I guess the manager has a little more personality but anytime you order they seem to rush you through on the phone and then get your order wrong!!!
Someone below also mentioned mystery charges. I have experienced this a few times. They aren’t disclosed at the time of ordering but AFTER you pay you will be able to see them on the receipt.
My company often eats here for lunch and we place the order via phone which they tell you 15 min. When you arrive and it’s another 15-20 min wait to get the food. Last time I ordered the order was wrong so I had to wait an additional 30 min to get it corrected (my entire lunch break was wasted). I clearly stated what we wanted on the phone and that they were separate orders, they put multiple different items in the same boxes of what was suppose to be separate. Not a big deal but when you have beans you didn’t order in a box of crunchy tacos you can imagine the outcome. the reason I am leaving this review is because it’s now happening too often and not any empathy for customers wasted time. My last visit ended my business with...
Read moreI was very excited to visit this place. As a fellow Venezuelan I wanted to support the restaurant and give them a try ( I have to drive 30 minutes to the closest Venezuelan restaurant) . Well it didn't go I expect it to be. My 3 year old ask to use the restroom and we were told they didn't have one. We ordered chicken nuggets, well the chicken was not cook. The server tells the cook about the issue and he comes to me and tells me to tell my hisnanz to more get upset and ask me what's wrong and I said the chicken it's not cook. Then he proceeds to tell me that we need to fix the problem ( the problem is obvious- raw chicken) then he asks me if I am Venezuelan and I said Yes, he asked about the empanadasas I told him they were not bad,he tells me " they are not like yours" I said no they're not but they are ok. The cook seem like he didn't want to be there l, if he does not like his job he can give it to somebody that wants it or needed it. The cook was not Venezuelan and that's ok, if he follows the recipe and gives it more feeling to it I bet the food will be better. Yes he is right we will not be going back. We still paid for the food as it was already cook and we ate some but the server told us we didnt have to pay for the uncooked chicken that my 3 year old was about to eat.
Very disappointed at this place, hope they can better themselves for the sake of the customers and the money they are...
Read moreWe recently placed an order for "mulitas" with specific modifications, including the exclusion of meat and the addition of refried beans, lettuce, tomato, cream, and queso fresco (which are typically included in all mulitas). However, upon receiving our order, we were disappointed to find that the mulitas consisted primarily of hastily assembled beans, a few shredded pieces of lettuce, and tomatoes, all sandwiched between regular tortillas. This is in stark contrast to the authentic preparation of mulitas, which typically involves the meticulous crafting of handmade tortillas from scratch. We feel that the restaurant's advertising is misleading, as the image they provide is cropped in a deceptive manner and there is no detailed description of the product. As a result, we are deeply dissatisfied and disappointed with our experience and would like to request a refund for the three orders of mulitas that were not consumed. Unfortunately, we incurred a significant expense of over $90 for our entire order, and it was disheartening to observe the lack of care and attention to detail, as evidenced by the absence of care in food preparation, utensils and napkins, despite our explicit request for them. **I'm unable to post...
