I was excited to try Delhi Indian eats . After some review it seems like maybe there was a recent change in ownership/ the name of the restaurant. Looking at the menu there are a lot of options including some unique fusions as well. I decided to place a to-go order for the Chicken Sagg Malai Kofta And The Delhi Chicken Tikkamasala Pasta I also ordered a cheese nann and Laccha Paratha with the veggie samosa. When I arrived I was greeted warmly by the staff. The restaurant was clean yet empty (maybe that should have been the first sign) I received my order and was excited to go home and eat with my family when I arrived home and opened the sagg I was a bit disappointed at how separate everything looked . Sagg is always my go to and while the flavors slightly may vary from location to location what I received looked more like a spinach legume where everything seamed separated as I took a taste I was hit with harsh flavors of raw ginger and spices that seemed to separate in my mouth rather than the warm blend of flavors that I'm used to . I could barely get past two bites and decided to try my sisters malai Kofta another favorite that I've had before from 4 different Indian restaurants. I was completely blown away that it tasted like a thick unseasoned hollandaise sauce almost like a puréed egg yoke with grainy falafel balls . Not the smooth Paneer Kofta with potato that I'm familiar with, the tikka masala pasta was tooo sweet chicken texture was off along with the mushy pasta it was probably the dish that was eaten the most of the three . The nann was great and the somosas were alright but sadly most of everything was tossed in the trash . Maybe there's too many ingredients on the menu to properly execute the dishes accordingly or maybe the chef isn't tasting the dishes that they're making either way as someone who's very versed in Indian cuisine and the versatility of different dishes based on the regions of India . These were simply not edible or good enough to say it was an off night . I’d suggest to Please go back to the drawing board and work on these recipes.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Delhi Indian Eats in Loganville, GA is fantastic! It recently changed names from Palm Palace Indian Restaurant, and while the food was good before, the new menu is a huge improvement—simpler, easier to navigate, and makes ordering a breeze. I love Indian cuisine, and I just want to be able to quickly find my favorites—chicken tikka masala and chicken vindaloo—which is exactly what we ordered for our main entrees. We also got the deconstructed samosa chaat as an appetizer and a side of garlic naan. Everything was incredible—flavorful, well-prepared, and exactly what I was hoping for. I like my food on the spicier side, and i though their medium spice level was perfect. We dined in around 6 PM on a Wednesday and were the only ones eating in, though there was a steady flow of takeout orders. The restaurant also offers a weekend lunch buffet, which I’ll definitely be checking out. Service was excellent—the waiter (who I believe is also an owner) was friendly, funny, and very welcoming. It’s a family-run business, and you can tell they take pride in their food and customer experience. For an appetizer, two entrees, and naan, the total was around $50, and the portion sizes were huge—we didn’t even finish half! All around, a great experience. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to others!

When I went to this restaurant, it was absolutely desolate. There were only 2 other people dining in, the lights were dim, the tables were empty with no seasonings, sauces, or napkins, and there was no music until halfway through my visit. It reminded me of Taste of Thailand in Jonesboro, except when we went to Taste of Thailand, even though it was empty when we arrived, it was busy by the time we left. Palm Palace, on the other hand, remained empty through my entire visit. There were more delivery orders being made than dine-in, so I can only assume that so few people actually dine in that they do not bother to set everything up in the dining room anymore. This is understandable; however, Mr. Eggroll, a Chinese restaurant in Centerville, is similarly empty most days, and yet they still set up the dining room properly. So I would have expected something similar from Palm Palace. All that being said, the food is amazing. I think this is the only place I can find in my area that has vindaloo, which is my favorite Indian food. They also have a whole tandoori chicken, which is another favorite of mine, though I didn't try it when I went. The dining experience could be better, but overall, this is a good restaurant.

I rarely leave reviews anymore, but I was so mistreated here that I have to leave a negative review. It has nothing to do with the food because I've never eaten here. I do food delivery for a delivery service, and I went there earlier today, July 29th, 2023 to pick up an order that the app said was already ready. I even waited about 5 minutes before going because I remembered my previous encounter with the place where I had to cancel because after waiting 15 minutes, the food still wasn't ready, and the guy gave me a lot of attitude.

As I walked through the door with my heat bag, he walks towards me and said "30 minutes, and if you don't like it, then you can go somewhere else!" I couldn't believe how rude he was and that he was actually talking to me. I gave him the name because I hadn't said anything when I walked through the door, he just began talking rudely to me and walked away. When I gave the name, he once again said half an hour and made other rude comments.

I became upset and told him that he needs to learn how to talk to his customers because that was my second time there and each time he's been rude to me. I told him I was never coming back, and I walked out and made a report with my delivery service. After reading the reviews from different people about this restaurant, several of them mentioned racial discrimination and prejudices, and that's what I thought, but hoped wasn't true. I didn't want to say it's because I'm a black woman, but I haven't seen him treat other persons who don't look like me the way he has treating me. He certainly didn't talk like that to the white man who just walked out before I walked in.

It's the same big, bald man, who acts as if he's better than everyone else. I wouldn't eat here if you paid me to because I'm someone who is big on customer service, but knowing that he seems to have racist feelings towards those of a different race, makes me annoyed because he is of a different race as well. WTH? For you to have customers flocking to your restaurant to buy your food, and you treat any of them that way is disgusting. I'm just the middleman doing deliveries, yet he treats me as if I made them be backordered on their food. The restaurant was completely empty as well, and it may stay that way if they continue to let that miserable man talk to customers the...

This restaurant was recommended from many of our family and friends who raved, applauded, and praised the food here. I was disappointed, disgusted, and dissatisfied with the service we received today! By far the WORST recommendation every! There really should be an option to rate zero because this restaurant does not deserve any stars! Zero represents this place perfectly because the amount of service your receiving from the employee(s) is ZERO!

My family and I wanted to give this restaurant a try due to the reviews and the quality of food. But today we did not receive the same experience and will NEVER go back. The waiter/manager/whomever (short, heavyset man with no hair..bald) was to busy talking on the phone when we entered. Once he got off he looked at us (still no greeting) and walked towards his booth. He was more interested in hanging up the phone then providing service. During this time my husband had to grab his attention then the impertinent waiter pointed to the seating area and told us to “seat”, as if we, the customers, were bothering him; very rude and unprofessional. Then proceeded to hand us only two menus for a family of four! Still hasn’t greeted us or asked if we have any questions about the menu or anything!

Because of the insulting and disgusting service from this ill-mannered and incompetent waiter we turned around and walked out. During this process he than ask if everything is ok?! Absolutely not! From reading other comments this is the norm at the place!

If you value food more than customer service this place is definitely for you! Again this was a recommendation and I will never recommend this...
