Not often do I need to make an example of a place but there was not a reasonable reason why this happened. About 9:20-9:30 I went through the drive-thru to order a 6-piece basket. I asked if three of them could be tossed and barbecue and three of them not that was a problem. But that's not my problem. my problem is when I got to the window apparently my order never got ran in and was kept on being asked if I ordered a small Blizzard. So she retakes my order and has me sit there for about 5 minutes and then comes to the window to tell me to go park and she'll bring it out. I've already been here give or take 15 minutes. I sit in the parking lot for another 10 minutes until I went to the door to find out again my order wasn't even cooking or prepped to make. There wasn't but two cars behind me no one in front, it wasn't busy, it's night time. There is three workers one in particular that either needs to read a book or find a different job I see no reason why I had to wait to be told to go somewhere and wait to find out it is never happening in the first place that's piss poor work ethnics and you should really not be in the business of handling people's food if you can't even put the order in. We did order and surprisingly the burger was good...oh yeah and I asked if I could get nut toppings on my Sunday he wanted charge me 90 cents for that. Some are so stingy and tight on the replies that are apparently saved because they send the same reply to mostly everybody and invite you to come again to give it another try but don't try to rectify the situation by either not charging you for the bad meal or offering you...
Read moreIt's rare to find friendly and kind people to work at any business. For fast food it's almost impossible and at best the service will be mediocre. This was not the case for this Dairy Queen. When we went to the drive through both me and my wife were greeted with a nice kind smile from Kayla (possibly the manager) and asked us both how our day was. She made conversation with us like she actually genuinely cared. Our drinks and food was made quick and it tasted pretty good however the most important thing about the experience was the customer service. We will definitely be back...
