This review has been in a making for a while but after my experience today... it was necessary. I moved to Georgia June 2012 and because of my busy life often eat from Little Caesars. For the most part there are some good things about this location. One of the Managers, is very respectful and very polite. She knows when I come in I was black olives and mushroom, no sauce, veggie seasoning with extra cheese and she usually make it to perfection.
Today, I call Little Ceasar's to place my order ahead of time, as I was pressed for time. I was greeted with blarring rap music, like I had just call the local club and the rep I could barely hear. So I said hello are you there... She stated I'm here. I said I can hardly hear you over the music... she just remained quite, until I said hello again. Then I began ordering my food, at the end she stated nasty " Maam it's gonna be and extra charge for the mushrooms and the cheese I said" Maam I know I purchase this pizza from you at least 2 to 3 times a week. Remind you I can barely have a conversation with her, due to the loud music. I stated to her thats ok, I'm on my way.
When I arrive, I am greeted by a nice cashier who takes my order, then the manager on call walks up and tell her my order is already ready. Then I realize she was the one who took the call. I ask for one of the guys who are managers. She stated you want his name or number. I state both... she said I can't give you his number but I can call him for you.
She claims she called and I could see her on the phone for approx 4 minutes, then she comes back and tell me he didn't have time to talk, he is between stores. So I said to her... if you had not talk to him for 4 minutes trying to prep the call, I could have talk to him and be done.
My other issue with this store is because as stated briefly I order a Black Olive, Mushroom, no sauce, with extra cheese. Over the year they have charged me three different prices for the same exact pizza. I always pay whatever price, but it seems like they should have a set price and not make it up as they go.
I would have never resulted to social media, but when your manager on call is rude and your general manager doesnt have enough time to give his customer 3 minutes of his time I felt like this is the best way. On top of all of this, The pizza truly was not made with love and it was horrible... and the fuss of extra cheese and even that was left off and the veggie seasoning was barely there.
It a shame that the goodness of the restaurant lies on one manager and you have to see if she is available before getting constitently great service. I believe her name is Sheila. If she not there.... You should enter at your own risk. Signed Disappointed...
Read moreUpdate on my review. 6/19/2025 Even after the move, customer service is STILL terrible! 1st time I ordered after the move, the manager was really rude towards myself, my guest, & one of his employees. Instead of my food being kept warm in the pizza portal, it was left on the front counter, getting cold. Manager told me “you’re late, should have been on time”. Never was I late…
Jump to this evening, ordered $40 worth of food & when delivered (driver was so sweet!!) there were missing items that should have been in the bag & I know it wasn’t my drivers fault. Work on the customer service skills at this location because fair warning, the very next time I see/hear a manager yell at his employee, I WILL say something. I’m not one for confrontation but there is a fine line of having human decency to pull someone to the side & speak with them, not yell at them in front of your guests, god, & everyone in Mableton. Do better!!
For those who ordered Online through the pizza portal app at Little Caesar’s tonight, 6/10/23, please be sure to complain about how your order was handled tonight if it were anything like mine.
My family & I had the craving for pizza tonight & we agreed that we wanted to make it a movie night since then. Anyways, we settled with ordering from little Caesar’s on Floyd road. I placed an order through the pizza portal app right around 10:00pm. (Mind you, the store doesn’t close until 11pm & normally discontinues online ordering about at closing time. It will even pop up a screen stating so.) Anyways, tonight I didn’t even get that notice & thought “how lucky!” Yeah, lucky enough to waste gas going there, walking to the door only to find all lights off except the ones in the kitchen, doors locked, & a woman looking up at me going “💁🏼♀️Sorry, refund. We’re closed 🤷🏼♀️” from Inside of the store AT 10:30. My order was ready at 10:28 via the portal app.
I go back to the truck & all the while trying to figure out what to do for dinner since Little Caesar’s ghosted us like they did, 2-3 more customers pulled up that did the online portal & they too couldn’t get their orders either! Even went to the door & got the same treatment. So instead of having cardboard for dinner, we spent even more money tonight (From having to order from TWO DIFFERENT PIZZA RESTAURANTS!) & got delicious Pizza Hut WITH amazing customer service. I guess the type of service you get depends on what place you spend your money...

I noticed when I got to the front of the line she did not greet me she looked over me and began giving the people in the waiting area their pizzas. After that she go to the back and starts chit chatting with her coworkers..with me waiting in line and other people waiting in line behind me too... Then when she comes to the register she still doesn't speak or acknowledge me..she answers the phone right in my face.. At this point I got upset and left. Then I came back cause I didn't feel like driving to another location And she was greeting all the other customers Then when she got to me in the line she just stared at me. I told her what I wanted and then she told me my total And didn't finish ringing me up.. Instead of taking my money she proceeds to ask the customer in the waiting area what he's waiting on and gives him his pizza. While I'm still waiting to pay and for her to give me my change Then I said something to her about it and she just was completely disrespectful and just ignored me and ask the women behind me what she wanted.
No customer should be made to feel this way for simply coming to spend money.
Her Name was JENEA M. Blue hair light skin black woman young with an africa tattoo on her arm.
AND She WAS ON THE REGISTER AND HELPING PREP FOOD WITH NO GLOVES ON
She was nice to everyone but made it clear to mistreat me...
