Ameen Fish And Wings — Restaurant in Georgia

I believe this location has new management because my entire food and service were very poorly. I called ahead to placed my food order as I always done in the past but this upon arriving I waited for almost 10 minutes before getting my food. Normally, my food is ready and hot. This time my food was not hot : the grill salmon and fried trout both came with 2 sides each. I had to asks for silverware but he never gave me silverware. I gave the okras back because they were really cold. Also. I asks the young guy may I speak to his manager. He replied he’s cooking the food. It took another 5 minutes for the hot okras. I asks again may I speak to the manager but the young guy said, he’s busy. After leaving the restaurant I checked the okras and noticed Ameen restaurant had refried the okras I giving back to the guy and I still did not have silverware. I called the restaurant. The young guy answered the phone who took my food order and the same guy who gave me my food order at the drive thru. I told him to asks the manager to call me back and if he does not I will write a review and I will dispute my charge with my bank. The manager has not...

Today I was disappointed in the Supreme Fish Sandwich received. I have always had a good experience here BUT TODAY was a disappointment and a further disappointment when I was NOT compensated for my dissatisfaction. Apparently, the fish delivery contained small fish and rather than add another piece of fish which is what they do at the WESTEND ON MLK IN ATLANTA this store said it’s what they had today and I could RETURN and bring the sandwich back now (after I am back at home) rather than make an accommodation for my next visit which will NEVER happen! I will continue to give my business to the location at 3551 Martin Luther King Drive, SW ATLANTA, Ga 30331 where this will never be a bad experience and they care about reviews like this. I warned this store and he just said “do what you gotta do”! So I would suggest seeing your food first before you PAY if you must order here because there are no accommodations! Catfish salad & redbeans and rice were 10/10. Sweet tea was just ok 7/10, normally the sweet tea taste like Georgia Southern Tea. I'll ask for a peach tea next time. However, I deleted my previous review because they redeemed themselves. Older lady was in the kitchen but the younger cook was assisting as well. My food was fresh, catfish hot, salad fixing were crunchy and red beans/rice are always flavorful and tasty. Thank you I hadn't eaten all day!!!

Only thing, I would suggest is to wait until all the customers are gone to start cleaning, seems like we were being hinted not to dine in, but myself and another customer were still waiting on our food. The time was about 9:45. It's more professional to give out the orders first then start cleaning, just a suggestion. But definitely try the catfish salad & red beans and rice,...
